Outside of the obvious manual override this causes, I alternate between them all.

The first two arent comfortable at all. Fingertip is the only ideal method. Your fingers are the most dexterous

Fingertip allows me to make minute adjustments to my cursor, I dont see why any other method would be ideal

I us claw and use my fingers to move the mouse.

inbetween claw and fingertip, but its more of a claw, my palm is barely touching the back of the mouse.

Fingertip is patrician, palm and claw are awkward as fuck, feels like how someone who's never used a mouse before would use it

None of the above? I guess it's closest to palm, but I'm only touching the top of the mouse with where my fingers connect to my hand. My actual palm isn't touching it.
