Fuck you Sup Forums, it's nearly time

Fuck you Sup Forums, it's nearly time.
Do you have any idea how excited I've been waiting for this piece of shit DLC? And it's almost here, just a few more fucking hours.

I haven't even beat the base game, I stopped because I heard this was coming out, holy shit I've got so much content to go through.

I have heard relatively little about the new update.
I hope it has music as good as the Cove.

I'm excited. I liked the original. Played at launch through a few full games, but they've added a lot since then (Cove, Town Events, Vvulf, etc).

Should be good times. Do yourself a favor and don't look up anything, it ruins the game thoroughly to know the party metas and best compositions.

So is he a martyr character? Like "hurt myself to heal, increase my stress to lower yours" etc?

I'm in the same boat as you, my friend.
Soon as I heard they were rolling out some big shit, I stopped playing to make sure everything is fresh.
Fuck, I love this game.

Support looks like
Another Healer is good

where were you when the ancestor was a fuckboi

What do you think lads, think it's worth starting a brand new save to get the most out of this new update?

I already did ahead of time, so yeah man

Yeah, with all the changes and additions they bring in.
I should think that old saves might not work with this.

I got both a new and my old one

I hope the vampires are not eldritch type enemies but a mix of the races like the pig men

Mosquito man

>Rugged good looks
>Intelligent, confident, ambitious
>Stupid rich
How many bitches did he go through daily, you think?

I think the majority of them are beast and unholy, I could be wrong though

Fuck, already? Shit, this is probably the first DLC I'm buying on day one. Hope it's good.
And perhaps it will finally give me a push to finish writing my dungeon crawler ttrpg

>kick-ass dlc
>hay season starts

Enough to get tired of it

Enough for him to get bored and develop a tentacle fetish
Also get hyped for new narrator quotes

>Release date 19th of June
>Approximately 8 hrs...
Ive been waiting for this DLC forever. Turns out it goes on sale the day that i have to go out on a 3 month patrol. Approximately an hour before my boat leaves. This shit better release on time.

you think they will add to the soundtrack anytime?

would it not be a safe bet that the Crimson Court will have its own themes?

plenty, though he had a habit of turning women into freaky shit like mermaids and vampires at some point

i'm assuming he pulled some shit again, maybe this would be the only area in the game not totally his fault

If there's one thing I never get tired of, its fucking Wayne June's voice.

Doubt it
Ancestor's dickery is legendary

I haven't beat the game because it's 80 hours of running the same 4 dungeons over and over. And the new "short mode" has various changed that make the game easier overall, instead of just shorter.

Fuck this.

How much is it going to be?

I'd dickery that vampire if you catch my meaning

$10 I think

10 bucks

But the memes! The memes!

I'm still going to buy it and starting a new game (AGAIN), which I wrill probably get bored of 40 hours in.

Except it's exactly the opposite. It made it shorter, not easier. Most of the mechanic that were making it too long or required heavy grind have been reworked, but the overall difficulty stays the same.

So for some fucking reason I lost the corvid trinket alongside 4-5 other trinkets for no reason

Is this a problem with the coming in hot build? And no, I didnt lost them in the bar or the chapel, they just gone after the last update.

I havent play since the crow boss update

i'd say that you should do the hard mode for the 93 week and hero death limits, but that's mean doing what you hate

>have 8 people at level 6
>Go on a string of incomplete dungeon progress
>rage and destroy my progress by starting over

I don't regret it enough

What the hell, that's dirt cheap compared to what devs usually want for a dlc now. Based Red Hook.

Still on my first play through, 100 hours in. Everytime I get a hero to level 4-5 they end up killed by the RNG gods, feels bad man.

Argueable.
>More Power Leveling flexibility: Heroes of up to Level 4 may enter Novice dungeons. Any hero may enter a Veteran or Champion dungeon.
Removes grind, but also lets you used overpowered champions to trivialize dungeons.
>Accelerated hero XP progression
As if getting XP wasn't already easy enough.
>Random Hunger Checks do not occur in Radiant Mode
Just why. Hunger was never a problem.
>Higher Light conditions confer slightly more to party DEF bonuses.

Roll a team with both a Man at arms and the Houndmaster.

10 is probably the max they can pull before even their dedicated fans start pointing the bullshit

I don't think it should be, most of the Corvid Trinkets aren't very spectacular so I wouldn't fret about it, especially when you get to a point where that fucking bird attacks every other week

>start new game
>The Collector shows up 3 dungeons in a row to either kick my ass or force me to run because I don't have a team to shoo him off

Does the Shambler still show up at camps?

Meant healer, not hero.

So why I lost my items? Im kinda angry about the lost of my Vestal healing scrolls, one of the Leper masks and my MaA shields.

Guess that is my paid for trying to get all the trinkets in the game.

HOT
VAMPIRE
SLUTS

How long would you get before it transforms into a mosquito abomination?

I see no price tag on the DLC in steam yet.

Do you work for them or something? How the fuck is it dirt cheap? It's a pretty paltry amount of content; $10 isn't a lot but any more than that would be ridiculous

All vampires must be slain.

She will put her proboscis in your rectum.

>New class
>New dungeon
>New items
>New enemies
>New dulcet narrator tones
>hours of mental anguish

$10 is a fucking steal.

...

Ayyy dont matter, she can go ahead and use that mosquito mouth on my dick

well I wish I had an answer for you, something similar happened to me where my saves were deleted up until just before I went into DD1 for some odd reason

I'd imagine that it'd be almost immediate

New buildings and districts in hamlet, essentially completely new system for running the hamlet.
New afflictions, quirks, soundtrack, new MEMES

You forgot some of the best parts:

>Vampire curse
>Dungeon actually plays like no other (you can leave and return to it as you please)
>New wandering boss
>Hamlet getting a revamp with new buildings

Theres probably even more hidden shit

>t. shill
Yea, no way you're not a Red Hook employee. They've added classes, items, dungeons and enemies in free updates. The base game is $11 on G2A, so you're literally paying almost the cost of the game for a small addon.

I'm not saying it isn't worth $10, but stop acting like they're fucking saints for having a minor DLC cost a relatively small amount of money.

...

It was always prett bothersome that you have this huge, sprawling hamlet when Vvulf and his boys attack, but the actual menu gives you like 6 shanty buildings and open dirt around the center

>base game comes with 5 dungeons and 15 classes for $25 (or only $20 if you kikestarted it)
>add 1 dungeon and 1 class for $10

It is indeed a steal my dear goyim. Buy it as soon as it's available!

shit the hype is real

please tell me this woman's hair is actually a huge beating heart

90% of that was added during early access, when the game was in development. Fuck me for thinking $10 is a good deal.

What's bad about 5 dungeons?

A set amount of dungeons doesn't equal a set value of money.

If you want a lot of dungeons for your money then you can go buy Oblivion. That should keep your happy.

More like fuck you for relentlessly shilling a DLC you haven't even played yet, at a price that is literally the maximum they could possibly charge with reason

I tried the game when I was at a friends place and loved it but the fact that you can get a near impossible to win ratio dice roll even if you got a decent team makes the game seem unappealing.

Is there a way to "grind" the lowest tier shit and greatly increase the chances of survival or is there a linear progression that makes it unavoidable to be thrown into the higher tiers?

>on G2A
Everything is cheap as hell on G2A, if anything you should compare it with steam store price

>tfw this based guy straight out of Warhammer Fantasy can't join your barrack

You can always win.

Game is fine if you use your head.

He closest to that is to have an Antiquarian grind you some wicked amounts of dosh with 1000 value artifacts and extra carrying capacity to fund your future games

people might tell you to git gud, but that's only possible later on when you establish a foothold in the game with experienced parties, not in the beginning where you're still developing

if he wore more armor people would discover he's based on warhammer actually user.

Who said anything's bad about 5 dungeons? Are you illiterate or just painfully fucking stupid?

How can you kill something with that many purity seals?

easy, you make your crusader have MORE PURITY SEALS than him.

My memory isnt perfect since it was pretty much at launch that I played it.
There were too many times where you got intercepted and the enemy struck first or something killing my party that had worked perfectly fine up until that point.
Same enemies as before but it was the combination of them striking first, me always missing and their debuffs always sticking that essentially gave my good party a 99% chance to fail from the start of the battle.

"lmao you should have had twice the health pool on all characters" doesn't seem like a good reason to why I lost.

I dont mind tough games but the fact that you can have a good party get flagged with a such a high chance to fail from the get go due to things beyond your control is just meh.

Fucking love the art design and everything else but it just strikes me as a bit extreme.

You wanna know what happens when you don't remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer?
This is what happens when you don't remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer!

youtube.com/watch?v=eNEyA7xoABs

why does he wear the garlic?

so he doesn't get hungry

>why does he wear something which in folktales wards off vampires

y'all need to learn more about jesus

I think it's fair. Things can go your way as much as not.
Truly challenging AI in video games is yet non-existent. At best, it's tedious like in Dark Souls.
RNG can make a game challenging by being unpredictable, which I could say is realistic too.
Unpredictability should always factor into any venture.

Well, the game was much more unbalanced at launch. Now, as long as you know what you're doing, it really isn't that hard any more.

dark souls is tedious??

Wow, did you guys see that? Incredible. This game is just so fun and challenging at the same time. No wonder your favorite twitch streamers love it too. You guys should definitely pick it up if you haven't already, along with the new expansion coming out today.

Also, be sure to follow Red Hook Studios on Facebook and Twitter if you want all the latest updates and news.

The whole game is pretty much how every session of warhammer fantasy roleplay goes. If death doesn't claim you then insanity/mutation will no matter how many fate points you have left.

Yes it is. It's the most tedious I have ever played.
Granted I haven't played many games though.
Not difficult, just tiring.

for losers it is

>just figured out the power of Shadow Fade+Lunge
whoever said that the Grave Robber makes Highwaymen redundant during one of the last threads was right

If you're not very good and you have to do stuff over and over, yeah.

You haven't played many games?

Why are you on Sup Forums?

Go play games

I guess.

I feel like I'm always getting souls and at the very least levelling up.

That's not how heart attacks even work in the current version of the game.

Sup Forums hates games

It was more fun then
They go soft because of all the bitch and moan

More like the Highwayman makes the GR redundant.

That's The Fanatic right? I'm guessing you have a good chance of facing him if one of you has that new Blood Curse.

How effective do you think bleed will be in the new place?

...

>tfw you will never get asked to join their party.

This picture slays me, every time.

No Grave Robber
No Join Over

Is this game good Sup Forums?

Pls tell me a little about it.
