You've got frisking. Car searches. Traffic tickets. Random police alerts. Serial murderers. Enterable buildings everywhere. Kung Fu. Guns. Pit maneuver. Unlawful killings. Badge ratings. Unlockable guns. List goes on.

Definitely top tier atmosphere core kino.

Eh. You should have gone with REmake 2bh, has far greater atmosphere and art style to RE4, which is more in line with what 'kino' means desu. RE4 is certainly a very fun action game but I wouldn't call it kino. Meanwhile REmake is the greatest survival horror vidya ever created and is probably the single greatest atmospheric game ever made.

It's a good movie but only because it makes zombie fucks buttmad. The budget is fucking enormous compared to 28 days. The characters aren't very likeable but there are very many heart pounding moments. It's up there with Shaun of the dead.

If the word means "best" than it's just a prestigious synonymous. Sup Forums already maintains several lists of 'best' games. I don't think that's what it means. You don't see diablo 2, doom or any mario games on that depise that Sup Forums likes those games.

I think what the word actually means is "political or shadowy themes that make me think the game is for smart people". It's the equivalent of people that think holding a copy of Edgar Allen Poe's work in their hand means they are intelligent.

Ironically the games that actually require intelligence are strategy and tactic games, which are not on these lists. Those games deal with numbers, logic, and longer term planning while action games are just a test of how fast you can press certain buttons in the right sequence.
