Why does this quest trigger people?

Why does this quest trigger people?

It shouldn't, it's just about patience.

I'm actually bad at BotW and I don't know why.

I keep forgetting the controls and how to do shit.

I've never had this happen to me with a game before.

SWhat? first time i heard about this. It's pretty chill. Gives you time to really appreciate the Lost Woods scenery

And how the fuck is he already there with only 5 hearts?

How long have you been playing? Had the same thing for a couple hours or more.

Because they say "Do this super-hard trial", then all you do is follow an obnoxious korok without letting him see you, which is not hard at all and merely tries your patience, then when you get to the trial the korok says he did it already and you can just go ahead and take the prize.

Compared to the trial of wood, for example, which actually was decently challenging, this was a major disappointment.

Stamina wheel > hearts every time

if you're playing oon wii u it's because of the retarded right stick placement

It's not triggering.

That's some battleborne tier UI.

I did it on horseback. It's not hard. You just have to be patient.

botw has a really fucking weird control scheme. I don't like it either. Took like 10 hours at least to get used to it.

I've never seen anyone complain about it, though.

Lack of patience and the undying urge to self diagnose themselves with having ADD to make up for how terrible they are at video games.

What do you mean? Only the hearts are visible. seeThat's not the problem here. The problem is, he is missing 20 shrines before he can get the master sword.

I had no problem with it. It was just kind of boring.

Forced stealth but Lost Woods looks great so I didn't mind the scenery. Best area in the whole game.

>The problem is, he is missing 20 shrines before he can get the master sword.
you can respec your hearts to stamina and vice versa. if he was following the "stamina>hearts" idea, i assume he built up the hearts and the respecced em all back to stamina after grabbing the sword

I imagine people fucked up and didn't count on Oaki retracing his steps, even though every "follow without being caught" mission in videogames has some sort of "gotcha" moment like that.

>beat it on the first try
>check the internet and everyone was complaining that it took them forever to beat even with the Sheikah gear.
I can understand that it was probably a little too long, but are people really that impatient where it took them multiple tries?

It took me a few tries.

It's my version of "follow the damn train, CJ" because I never had a problem with that

it took me two tries, but only because near the end when he passes through that hollow log, i stood on top of it, thinking he couldn't see me that high up.

>people failed this
Is that true? I thought nobody liked it cause it was kinda boring, but people actually failed it?
How close do you guys get to this little fuckhead? I stayed in the grass on the side a distance away from him and had 0 trouble.

It took me two tries because the first time I sneaked straight into the shrine.

What's wrong with the stick placement?
It works way better than on PS3 / Xbox controllers, as you can use the face-keys + move camera simultanously, using your index finger.

it's like the most generic modern console game controls, just slapped on a Nintendo title.

I fucked this up a lot because I'm bad at video games but I didn't mind it because the cool bass tone that played when you fucked up.

I dont get how people find this hard. You just follow off to the side of the path in the trees and bushes. Theres 1 part when you have to kill a wolf and hide quickly but other than that its free
