Yeah. It's got these coloured blocks what fall down the screen and if you put them in the right order they disappear, but the blocks don't stop coming.
ToeJam & Earl
call of duty?
yeah, that or earthworm jim methinks
Sonic 3 and Knuckles?
The one I used to play with my dad in the 2000s. It came with a gaming magazine and was in a kind of a prison. I remember that there was a net shooting gun and I think there were monsters in it.
I can't for the life of me remember what game this music is from, so I made a crappy recreation from memory to see if you guys know.
The Suffering?
In the cover of the mag there was a exploding building and the protagonist was wearing orange prison clothes.
It's older. I think it was a windows 98 game. There was no mouse support.
That sounds kind of like the Fallout: Van Buren demo
Monster truck racing game that was around in 1997, played it at my community center on PC. All I know is driving in the water made you slow as shit and the graphics were bad but charming for 1997.
Lel
Oh and it was a FPS.
SNES action platformer.
The color scheme was really dark and you played as a guy with I think was a laser pistol. I'm pretty sure you were able to climb straight up by shooting something at the ceiling but that might not be correct.
The first boss was some kind of helicopter or other air vehicle.
Is that from NieR: Automata?
Yeaa, several actually.
First one is like some sort of real-time worms clone, set underground that i used to play somewhere around 2008-2012, cant exactly remember.
You started out with some kind of grappling hook and a weapon, and tried to kill another player who was using the same keyboard as you. No lan/wireless.
Several powerups would sporadically drop during the match, and the surrounding dirt was destroyable.
Second one i remember was a top-down endless(?) zombie shooter, co-op.
Can only remember playing on 2 separate maps before dying, but it had atleast some diversity.
And powerups.
Pretty sure it wasnt die-once-loose-forever either, but instead you had several lives and respawned immediately upon death.
SNES sidescroller where you started in a dungeon at the bottom of the screen and you had to climb up walls and save prisoners. You had a gun and could shoot the chained up prisoners. I only played it in a hotel when I was a kid. It was pretty dark colored and took me forever to figure out how to climb ledges.
Second one isn't Boxhead? Been a while since i played that so I don't remember if it had immediate respawn.
Yea, pretty sure it is actually.
Thanks user.
A First Person RPG that had 3d similar to classic doom. What I remember is the player being in a dungeon killing pixelated skeltons.
An Unreal Tournament-like FPS for the PC from the late 90's full of neon colors where you shoot toy guns.
Ricochet?
No, the maps felt more like a supersized indoor laser tag arena.
Quake?
No. It was like really pixelated. Like a NES game but in 3d and first person and an RPG
elder scrolls arena, daggerfall, or kings field?
Blackthorne?
Eldritch or Delver?
YES this is it, based user
It's a classic PC game from the late 80's - early 90's that I haven't played in a really long time. If I recall correctly, you're some kind of detective walking in what I can only vaguely recall to be a red hat and blue jacket (not really sure) holding a magnifying glass around a school after midnight and there are robotic monsters walking around it. There's this chiptune rendition of a bouncy classical music piece playing throughout the game.
Super Solvers Detectives of Indoor Recess
It's Delver! Thanks, user!
A flash game, a topdown shooter where everything seems to be burning.
The splash screen had an animation of an alien speaking alien.
Midnight Rescue!
The bouncy tune is The Sorcerer's Apprentice by French composer Paul Dukas.
That's it! Thanks a lot!
Game that was on Cartoon Networks games way back, I'm talking like year 2000. You played as one of three robots. Heavy armor and low speed, low armor and high speed, and the medium. It was a sci-fi dungeon crawler top down where you had to find key cards to progress through the level and the fights were turn based.
The definitive "Real Time Worms Clone" is Liero, which every poor kid had in his games folder.
a NES game where you're a detective and everything is like this
that woman is adorable
Every photo she's in.
Never played NieR: Automata. I've seen a trailer or two and I thought it could have been from one of the trailers, but I rewatched them and couldn't find it there.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?
An N64 game where you play as a little robot / alien, and mind control different animals. The cover of the game is a planet in space.
pic unrelated but faced a similar problem earlier
Here you go breh
First one, this is extremely vague and could be a fabricated memory. PS1 era game, I think the MC was a werewolf, and I think I remember him wearing a tropical shirt. This has bugged me for years and I'm hoping for a miracle.
Second one, the game started off with a cutscene of a little girl dropping a teddy bear and it falls deep down into lower areas of the city. The bottom layers of the city are filled with monsters and similar bad things. It was a squad game, and one of the squad members was a robot. PS2 era
That's the one, thanks user
Microsoft Monster Truck Madness?
Ps1 fighting game with perspective similar to Fuzion Frenzy. Looks a bit brown and gritty
Played it on a demo once and could never find it again
That Sega game where you play as a ghost who scares people but then the last level is in Hell.
RPG game on the N64, all I know is that at the beginning of the game you are in a castle. You talk to the people of the castle to recruit them to your party.
Holy fuck I remember this song too but I can't place it.
1999 or possibly earlier
Win95/DOS(?) or possibly a version of Mac
Black and white pixel art/grid and you were a guy on a space station I think moving in the four cardinal directions
Your bullets could destroy barriers or blocks and there were roaming enemies.
Been trying to figure this one out for ages, thanks in advance for any help
it was this era of games - same black and white color scheme
must be a Macintosh
This one old mech game on pc in like 2000
I distinctly remember a desert battleground area and the mechs were similar to the two legged walkers from star wars
MechWarrior 3?
Oh fuck that's it I played it with my dad all the time
Thanks man
Anyone know a 90's PC horror game about a woman in some big house. There was a dark room for photography, you could go to the bathroom, some fuzziness above a baby crib. Then some killer guy kept killing me when I went down the stairs. Never beat it.
Spacestation Pheta? It seems to pop up the most when searching for your keywords.
G-Nome?
Phantasmagoria?
I just looked for it and the only thing close to my memory is Shadowgate 64. Hmm.
Head of Box.
Del!
Thanks for the reply, but not this one. It wasn't live action.
I think it was the early 2000's but it was a game based on air strikes in Japan. You flew from a carrier. It was a sort of top down almost view. American planes.
Yea it was a game where you played as a little boy fighting shadow monsters I think? Side scroller platformer on PS1 I believe. Intro cutscenes showed some villain taking your dog away. I remember there was a jungle level and you could be eaten by plants I think? Any ideas Sup Forums?
heart of darkness
nope.
1942?
I wish I had answers for some of you, but maybe my question will provide the bump you need.
I remember an isometric Sega Genesis/Master System adventure RPG game with pseudo-3D physics puzzles. Anyone know what the title is? Pic unrelated.
There is this game on the ps2 with this dude who I think wore a black mask? Maybe not? The main gameplay mechanic is that you could morph into the different enemies, was pretty rad.
Also in the CG intro there were these orc dudes that were eating people I think.
Light Crusader?
Oh fug, that's the spice. Thanks user.
Alter Echo?
>Ps1 fighting game with perspective similar to Fuzion Frenzy. Looks a bit brown and gritty
>Played it on a demo once and could never find it again
Any hope for this one?
Loaded?
Isometric game on PC.
Could've been released anytime before about 2004, but I think it was pretty old.
Medieval fantasy setting.
I think there were multiple playable characters
1.A knight guy with one of those crusade bucket helmets
2.A wizard sorcerer guy in a red robe
3.Maybe a girl character too.
There were specific death screens
I remember an old-looking drawing/sketch of the player's character being eaten by little velociraptor things.
Memory is incredibly fuzzy and I might have dreamed some of this.
Not that guy but yooooooooo I played this game and forgot it
theres a game with a little robot fella with a single wheel i think, ps1 game probably, starter level i think is a fair or carnival thing at some beach/docks/boardwalk at night/evening.cant for the life of me remember its name. think there was a minigame of tic tac toe
Rocket: Robot On Wheels?
I never played it, personally.
Rocket: Robot on Wheels for Nintendo 64?
It was more like a fist-to-fist fighting game with items or something
this is it, cheers anons. off to find an emulator to relive childhood memories
All I can think of is Fighting Force or Gekido
Still not it. Damn i'll never find this game
It was some PS2 racing game where you played as a bunch of monster guys who just ran on foot. I think if you waited long enough on the character select screen with this one guy selected, he'd say some shit about eating your parents or something.
Vroom!
