Something weird happened in the Hospital chapter when Susan dies.
I heard a grunting noise that didn't have any place being in a hospital. I looked around for a bit and saw a glimpse of what kind of looked like a pig person through a door, but it disappeared pretty quick.
I tried reloading the save a few ties to recreate the situation to get a video but I can't seem to make it happen again.
I've done countless google searches about it but I haven't been able to find anything, has anyone else here experienced this?
