Should I watch it?

Should I watch it?

I mean, RE is probably my favorite series of all-time. But I just hate the way Leon is portrayed in these movies. He isn't his RE4 self. He's too serious. Chris is meh. My dick tells me to watch it for Rebecca though.

No?
Why the fuck would you watch any of this garbage? The animation is fucking garbage dirt cheap shit made by some fucking Koreans with some dumb 3D animation app for kids.
And the plot is probably as good as that one 3D Tekken movie.

watch it, is fun

What game can give me gunfu

I saw it the night it was in theaters. It was actually way better than I expected. The bad guy had some believable revenge motives for being a RE villain, and Leon's actually sick of the constant "people dying and zombies eating people", showing he's tired of being a character in the series. The beginning was pretty darn spooky, and the action scenes were pretty impressive. I expected a 5 or 6/10 movie, got an 8/10 one.

same, i watch it in the theater and i had fun.
that scene when the bad guy hits rebecca, i kinda feel bad for him, the way he turn and show that he imagine hitting his wife.

i liked when leon indirectly killed those innocent people on the highway when fighting the dog , made me lol.

Yep, its a good movie, but some action scenes annoy me. Thank God Capcom didn't ruined Rebecca like they did with Sherry.

Better team-up of Leon and Chris than RE6.

If you like action schlock, you'll love this one. It's a fun watch, the best of the CGI movies.

it's fun, watch it

it's meh, the movie is basically "Rebecca is fucking cute, look at her!"
also boys doing some cheesy action
I liked Damnation more

First 20 minutes is a good resident evil horror movie with action elements.

After that it becomes a long wild goose chase with devil may cry action scenes like Leon driving a speeding motorcycle with his feet and doing air combat against the final boss

RE4 Leon isn't his real personality. It was the localization team taking liberties with the script. In every other outing, Leon is humorless and extremely serious. That's his true personality, the stoic samurai.

...

>Leon driving a speeding motorcycle with his feet and doing air combat against the final boss
Bollywood tier material

>that seamless loop

noice

Early RE games were always done in English. Adding Jap dubs was only a recent trend.

The script was still written in Japanese. Just like RE1's script.

good old zombie dogs and cars made of dynamite

Yes, that's why the older games always sounded so corny...they were trying to stay as close to the script written by the Japanese writers as possible. In the case of RE4, though, they deliberately made Leon into a wise-cracker to make him more appealing and entertaining. It certainly worked for that game, but you can't deny that his personality in RE4 is the exception compared to how he is everywhere else.

I'm sure they were ok with Leon going full Army of Darkness in RE4.

In Damnation they brought some of his wiseass back. Maybe blueballs is finally making him snap.

>doing air combat
kek

>The pointless overkill grenade at end
Holy shit, I'm pretty sure he kill at least 2 people too

...

...

This is stupid.
However, all those shots of Chris' ass are not.

Why is this guy so strong?

this is hypnotic to watch

i like these movies

it's like they just dumped them with their full video game protagonist power levels into an actual film and called it a day

So, does it explain why Chris is working for "Umbrella" in RE7?

I would assume some sort of Wesker-esque enhancement.

No fucking joke

pls tell me they fuck :d

>But I just hate the way Leon is portrayed in these movies. He isn't his RE4 self. He's too serious.
Reminder that Capcom themselves never got the memo and that even in RE6, he was way too serious there too.

How many fucking bullets do they have?

And RE2. And Degeneration. And Darkside Chronicles.

>And Degeneration.
That movie was shit too.

Anyway, I'll let RE2 slide since that was pre-4 and all, but it's crazy to me that they still keep on trying to force super serious Leon when North American fans, at the very least, love quippy Leon.

>The fucking railgun caused billions of dollars in property damage and probably killed alot of people too
This movie is fucking stupid and awesome what the fuck

Nah, they were making this movie without much input from capcom save for an adviser.

Would have been cool to see a newspaper with "Ghosts sighted in Bayou" as the headline. Just a little nod of what's to come.

She just casually collapses a couple buldings 9/11 man of steel style no problem

Gotcha. Well, now I'm more excited for the Not a Hero dlc.

Are these scenes suppose to be hilarious?

Why do Chris and Leon look like steppe Turks?

I don't care if it isn't Resident Evil, I love this hilarious over the top action shit

Where the fuck can I watch this
is it still in theaters?

that some top bollywood action scene we have here
