Anyone have any experience in selling Steam accounts?

Anyone have any experience in selling Steam accounts?

I have become full tired gamer. I haven't played shit in a year. I am not interested in fucking any games coming out any more.

Figure I may as well sell this shit then buy the 1 game a year I would actually play.

That's illegal user. If Valve notices the account will be banned.

I'll give you $20.
You know why? Because nobody is going to give 300-400 for an account.
Especially since it's against the TOS.

>That's illegal

No.

The only way is to sell it to a guy who you know.

REad the fucking terms of service.

Nothing illegal about it
It is against valves TOS though. they will block the account if they notice.

TOS isn't law. Breaking them isn't illegal.

It's illegal on their platform. You might think you're clever with semantics but this doesn't change the fact that the account will be terminated.

This is why you idiots shouldn't have allowed STEAM to get power.

If you had physical games you could have sold them. Instead you are cucked out of all that value.

The market for accounts whose only marketable trait is games selection is virtually nonexistent. People mostly buy Steam accounts for dumb shit like high Dota/CS MMR, or rare items, or low user IDs.

What if you had both?

The buyer will mostly value the account based on the property that interests them, so the extra games baggage will add little value to it.

This, you have no way of selling your steam account online.

If you really want to sell it, give it to a friend or somebody IRL for like a 100bucks maybe.

Nobody will give you more

Got a screen cap of games you own? I might be interested.

How much do you want?
How many games do you have?

I'd like to get around half of what I paid so maybe $1000. I have 152 games.

The TOS is a binding legal agreement, by violating it you violate a legal agreement, therefore you violate the law, therefore it is illegal. Good try tho

The person who replied to you isn't me.

607 Games.

Really if I got 25-50% of the value I would be happy.

Screencap would be hard due to the amount.

Not American so no.

that's the violation of ToS, though. Buyer is at risk.

Somebody has stolen my 100+ account back in a day, i got it back (thank fuck i got some physical copies lying around - keep them!).
Somebody has paid for this account and, no doubt, burned with the purchase

25% of $8k or $2k?

8

I'll give you $20 for it. Canadian

I'm not giving more than $1100

$2500 no less you prick

Why do you pretend to be OP.

Prove you're OP

>hey will someone pay me 2000 shekels pls?

You're deluded if you think you can get that much. The calculator is also very inaccurate since it doesn't take into account (humble) bundle keys. My account is worth 2k on this calculator but I've spent like 200$ tops on it. All thanks to a bunch of 1$ humble keys

I'm OP he's not op 2k no less

I'm OP he's not op $200 no less

nobody would actually buy that account user, its either pirate or have enough money to buy the games on sale

Fuck off trolls

you are the troll and don't be rude - you're not helping

did u forget? forget where you were? forget you yourself are a troll?

No John, you are the trollz

...

that's it - i'm out till fall

pce out you fucking double nigger dont come back

>Want to do something stupid
>"Why are you all acting like you're stupid?!"

Legal and lawful isn't the same thing friendo. Murder or assault is unlawful. Breaking contract is illegal and only good goys and Jews care about that kind of thing.

...

> 1. digital DRM games have no value, just because you dont own the games you rent them
> 2. according to the Steam agreement you have no right to sell your acc
> 3. russians can hijack it for free

Why would anyone pay for a Steam account when all the former owner has to do is claim it was hacked to reclaim it and fuck over the buyer? Sure, the buyer could tell Valve it was purchased which would get it banned but they've still lost their money.

honestly that's what I was planning on doing
