i right click with my index finger

index on m1, middle on scroll wheel and ring on right click... how is this even a question?

In most things I use my middle finger to right click, if I'm playing specific FPS games like Counterstrike then I sorta tilt my hand so both my index and middle finger are on LMB and use my ring finger for RMB.

Index on left, middle on middle, ring on third.

I tend to accidentally click alot though.

I use a fingertip grip, so I click with middle finger and use index finger if I need to scroll.

look at all these baby hands using their ring finger to right click. If you have a normal sized had and a normal sized mouse, your fingers will be scrunched together to do a index m1 middle m3 and ring m2.

Middle finger is the longest, so, in order to scroll using the middle finger i have to move it left and bend it back in order to scroll the wheel with the tip.
By using the index i just shift the finger to the right and my tip is right on the wheel

It's 'cause the index finger is easier to use, and you left-click more often.

Prob not worth fighting through the muscle memory though.

Middle finger, like your image. Sure, I realize that using index/middle/ring fingers would be more optimal, but I'm lazy and I don't really play any games which require that precision. So it's index on left/middle on right, with using my index on the scroll bar when it is necessary.
