i thought it was a cool idea cuz it turns weapons/enemies into pickups and combos with things like explosive ammo really well. probably have to just remove it

Nah don't remove it.
I would buff it up to 5 instead of 1, so it cannot stack with the one that gives you infinite ammo while having low health.
It makes it too easy to keep low health without worrying.
i think its alrite cuz u can die from like one projectile at low health :/
