It's a mod made by a gay guy, and you can keep them at their normal size (with the mod's extra details) or scale them up as big as you like to the maximum. He even added some things like having the men undergo Gene Therapy + Weight Training will make them big and strong enough to smash through all destructable terrain just by moving around.

No problems with the armor, the modder made all of them fit perfectly fine.

Pretty sure the performance fixes are going to be available without the expansion, it's only coming out alongside it.

nuCOM is a shitty tactical jrpg. Instead of building on everything turn-based (and not) tactical games achieved, we got "roll the dice for everything". Shooting through wall, grunts unable to hit shit point-blank, shots that connect but dead no damage cuz lul rng. But it has flashy animations, ugly art-style and no management, so normalfags and /wee/ gobble it up. Just click and things will happen, why the fuck would I think how I want to go so I'll have some TU for a snapshot?

OP's mod is for the male soldiers. There's other mods for the female soldiers, though nothing like this one, just nudes and bathign suts and female characters from Mass Effect.

Tbh the game is gonna receive an expasion soon and all the mods may or may not work after that, so I think that the modders are just waiting for a stable version of the game
