I don't think he understands that weapons are now static so that player can pick them up, that's the only reason. Dropped ammo boxes are not static and can be juggled around as before. Thanks Gun Mettle.

You can pick up guns in CS:GO (in fact, it's an extremely important part of any CS), and they're not static, you can throw a nade to launch a gun next to you, or shoot some gun to your teammate. Only the bomb is static because it's kind of really important.
