Now that the dust have settled: What's the verdict?
meh
garbage carried by the elder scrolls name
just like every other todd game
Better than BoTW
College of Winterhold was the best questline in the game. The mainstory was shit.
Bad game that is tolerable with mods
Is there a good overhaul mod that makes the world non-scaling?
awful
It's OK.
objectively good, only cucks disagree
>BoTW
What is that?
Casual action game with shallow rpg elements
lol its shit
t. guy with 100+ hours in the game
Winterhold was also shit. You spend like two quests doing wizard school stuff and then it's all about the eye and that wizard cult then suddenly you're in charge because the last guy died. Thieve's guild was shit too for similar reasons, you spend more time on the stupid skeleton key/Nocturnal storyline than being a thief.
Better than Oblivion
Just like every bethesda game, shit combat, shit story, shit graphics, shitty bugs, but a sense of freedom and immersion that basically carries their games because almost no other fucking developper manage to capture it
same as all elder scrolls games:
nice detailed atmospheric world
ridiculously shit broken non-gameplay
>but a sense of freedom and immersion that basically carries their games because almost no other fucking developper manage to capture it
The "freedom and immersion" is shallow as fuck. It doesn't matter whether you're running around the dead world as a thief, mage, or warrior because it has no impact on anything except how you kill shit. The dialogue is all terrible and doesn't reflect your character build at all, the only stat that matters at all in dialogue is speech. The quests are also terrible like the one telling you to kill the good dragon which has no alternate options so if you don't kill him it just sits in your quest log.
Bland garbage casualized even further than Oblivion was from Morrowind. Total normalfag bait.
Pretty good
>implying dust ever settles here
>implying Morrowindfags will ever settle
