>fire 1 bullet
>reload entire magazine
Fire 1 bullet
>fire bolt action rifle
>eject casing
>dump magazine cycle bolt again casing ejects again.
>reloading adds bullets to an half empty magazine
>fire one shotgun shell
>adds 6 more in
>magazine
magazine
>magazine
magazine
>magazine
magazine
>It's impossible to add more bullets to a clip
>animation is guy taking out clip, push in bullets, put clip back
literally no games
...
>fire bolt action rifle
>start walking again without cycling the action to chamber the next round
>magazine
I think you mean clip.
>animation is guy fiddling with stuff, droping things out of pockets, leans on a nearby desk to reload, gets frustrated and pulls up a chair then continues
>cocks shotgun
>dosent fire
>next scene
>cocks it again
magazine is also correct
I think rising storm 2 does with the sks
>mfw some nogunz faget calls a silencer a "suppressor"
>game uses a clip counter instead of arbitrary ammo count
>reloading a half-empty gun makes you lose the ammo remaining inside it
Why don't more games do this? The Thing did it and it quite well.
...
...
this is more upsetting than it should be, i need to sleep
Worse, they call a flash hider a silencer
>silencer reduces damage
except receiver

>kills enemy who never seem to run out of ammo
>grab his gun
>gun now suddenly has only 5 bullets
>holding shotgun
>go into cutscene
>character is holding a pistol
That's how you spot lazy ass game devs. Same with magnum and retro rifles.
>you only lost 1 bullet from your total ammo count
Its fucking fallout for god sake. who gives a toss
Why is this game such horrible shit? Like a nightmare but you're awake. Like being in a coma and having someone rapes you but you notice and feel everything but there's nothing you can do to stop them.
Red Orchestra 2 has the character take back the stripper clip after loading the magazines, but only with the G41.
Fuck you, unless your game is a simulator I don't want to deal with that.
and that person is Todd Howard.
>he throws away his mags.
He right tho
somewhere some person in a supervisor position at bethesda said: yes. this is the animation sequence we're going for. this is perfectly fine. this is a quality asset to our game and we can be proud to ship it like that.
these people must really hate their jobs, if I'm passionate about something I'd never even think about bullshit like this making it out of the studio, what an utter emberassment
You can't even count.
Nobody except autistic faggots gives a shit about how their fantasy world guns work.
source?
One day a game will have an enemy drop an infinite bullet clip to the amazement of the protaganist.
Kill yourself dipshit
And in every cutscene you are in deep shit just because you switched to underpowered pistol for no reason. And u keep doing this. Fucking Max Payne 3
>pick up an assault rifle
>defaults to fully automatic fire
to think that the OG Deus Ex had enemies run out of ammo... yet every fucking game nowadays have enemies with infinite ammo
the NC6 Gauss SAW from Planetside 2 singlehandedly taught me to be mindful of premature reloading.
>fire 5 rounds of 100 round magazine
>reload
>6.5 second reload time
>fire 1 bullet and reload to make total amount of ammo an even number
>how to kill /k/ with one webm
...
>reload while magazine is full
>it adds a bullet
You clearly don't know a thing about Fallout, you only know about the "xDDD WACKY 50s AESTHETIC" Bethdesa """Fallout""". Thank god Jsawyer was a gun nut so we actually got a unique arsenal in NV.
Don't you know that the louder the guns are the harder they hit?
Its a bug many games seem to have lately
>fire one bullet
>throw away the gun
meh, needs moar dakka
But sneaky hummie tactiks are deadly.
MGS V at least
>fire 1 bullet
>reload entire magazine
>dies while reloading
Isn't this because it's counting the round already in the chamber? If you load a mag into an empty gun, then you just have the amount of bullets in the mag. But if there's one already in the chamber and you reload, then you have the one in the chamber plus the amount in the mag.
Nah man it's a bug
