as a quakelive player, the playerbase during the beta enormous, when it hits steam, there will be a solid 1000 people playing it on average, which is great for an arena shooter

lawbreakers and quake champions are both DoA

QL has about 200 and it's easy enough to find a server quickly

arena shooters are a dead genre and we are used to this, 1000 players will be perfect

it's of no consequence, holding jump will slow you down so you can't use that if you want to git gud

I can't jump bridge to rail on campgrounds unless I tap it as quickly as possible for example.

I started playing Quake Champions a few weeks ago, and...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

But, there's one thing that bothers me, and I'm wondering if anyone here can help me. I'm trying to find a website that has some guides about how to play each champion. When to use each skill, how to counter enemies and their own abilities. Or what is the best level progression and so on.

Can anyone help me out?

While NA players have top-3 earning in Quake and good players like czm, rapha, zero4, fatality, the scene is still dead as hell among the regular players.

Hell even Dota 2 scene is dead in US. You won't find a game without 1-2 peru in your team.

I don't know what's wrong with NA players, maybe you all just play console babby-tier games with press X to win or just dudebro games like Fifa and BF1 but it's not surprising at all that you have such a long queue times.

On EU / RU servers selected with ping less than 40 I can find games in less than 5 minutes, mostly takes 2-3 minutes to search for a game.
Even in Dota 2 the high mmr queue is making me wait for ~3-5 minutes and the game has like 500,000 players spread on all servers.
