Just like Steam and PS4, Xbone has a hugeass sale. Looks good for now. While some games are missing because they already were on sales (Overwatch, 2K Games) some prices were significantly dropped.
BF1/TF2 deluxe and CoD/Destiny bundles, Forza 6 Platinum and Halo Wars 2 Ultimate are all fairly cheap.
Now, pick a game for me! Wahh, I don't know what to buy.

HW2 Ultimate, you get two full games+DLC and it's probably cheaper than the others on your list.

This. It's kind of laughable seeing some of the sales on PSN. Indie games are a few dollars, but games worth mentioning are 50% off, which translates to the same prices as their physical versions on Amazon.
