What is the best F2PMMO on the market right now? I'm looking for the traditional experience of grinding content with a tight guild, raid, dailies, all that terrible stuff. Aion seems like the most interesting prospect.I played it a little a few years ago and was kind of impressed but I never hear anyone talk about it.

If you no-life it, WoW can be free after the initial buy in. It's certainly the most polished MMO out there, with no danger of dying anytime soon. There's also plenty of free private servers for it of varying shittieness.

TERA is alright and in principle F2P, but I'd say having an Elite subscription is near mandatory. Massive quality of life improvements, more dungeon runs and pretty much double the income. It's not much fun being a free player in TERA.

It's comfy, it has a good community and last I played the business model was decent towards the player, in which you can just buy new quest areas and don't really need anything else, plus you cna get plenty of premium currency by the time you get to a point where you need a new questing area. And even if you wanna buy them, they're just over a fiver i think.
