No, the game physics and such are all separated from the main graphics loop. So playing at 60 fps will also be possible, maybe even more

I'm all for emulation and shit but it should be used when the game has become unaffordable because it's some sort of collector's item or the game is not produced anymore, or the game was really cool but the version we got was worse than jp and you want trad patches and fixes and shit or the machine which has the game was discontinued and no pc port... but going as far has getting an actual decent CPU (more expensive than the machine) for a game that you can easily find on any store is just fucking retarded, that's not emulation there that's straight up being and idiot

it still crashes on the opening screen and if you manage to get past that it's a visual bug nightmare with everything celshaded gone.
