I'm fully aware I might be overanalyzing this, but I really think they aged them up. Why would you display the two youngest core team members, backs to the camera, with updated jackets and weirdly inconsistent character models that seem larger than usual

Ehhh I can't say you're wrong, but I think we'd have to test it. Honestly it's kinda hard to say how old a character is in TW101 because most characters have the same chibi height, so we wouldn't be able to know if Green was aged up or not

It's that winding road at the very start of the game, I think right around the time you get wonder green.

I would even settle for a direct port of W101. It's one of my favorite games of all time, and more people need to play it. It doesn't deserve to die and be forgotten with the Wii U.

I couldn't finish the game because of that. I just couldn't get myself to go through that part where you are inside a cube and you have to roll it using both screens.

If it's a port, they better get rid of those game sections, or greatly improve them to work in a single screen

Platinum opened a new Twitter account in japanese.
They tweeted a picture of Bayo with a red/blue background. People noted that those were the colors of the Switch's controllers, and Platinum liked every tweet that mentioned Switch in some form.
Then they tweeted the picture in the OP, in which you can see the cast of W101 playing a W101-like game on the TV, and they are holding Switch controllers.
So people are now speculating about Bayo and W101 on Switch.

If the Switch can fix the frame rate drops during boss fights, I'll be a joyous man.
