Honestly take a look at the system's life and library, he's got a point in a lot of ways especially with these ports coming around now.
I could write in so many ways how Nintendo fucked up the WiiU and screwed owners (especially early adopters) over and over again.

If it wasn't so easy to pirate on it I'd agree. I would have traded it in if I couldn't get all the games for free.

its useless for anyone who bought it during 2014 or 2013 because by the time it got hacked the only games coming out were complete garbage.

thats assuming they were buying the games but even then you had Splatoon, MK8, Smash among others to tide you over through 2014/15

Splatoon was the only good game in 2015 and while it was good it can't carry the entire year by itself

Eh, I paid $48 for all my Wii-U games with Amazon Prime and I traded them into GameSop for $35 and then just pirated them.

This. I bought it on steam for $40. What a waste of money. Super shitty liner game pretending to be open world with terrible controls and trite shitty characters and mediocre story. Only autists enjoy this shit.

In fact this week I bought some PvZ GW2 games from Wal-Mart for $20 and traded them in for $48.

Forgot to mention that I have enough to get a Switch and Mario Odyssey now. I can get an extra $15 with my points, and you aren't taxed when you use trade credit.

He doesn't make any point at all. You attempt that far more and I still disagree since I've already played these games years ago for free. It seems that the people that regret buying a Wii U the most never owned one in the first place or were to dumb/lazy to hack it. Hell, my Wii U was less than $250, came with a game and didn't have overpriced peripherals.
