Is this the most overhyped piece of shit of 2016?
After an hour of play I've managed to survive for about 160 seconds (about twice as long as the faggot who recommended it to me saying it's the "best fps of the decade") and I'm still not having fun.
There's no point to it, there is literally no level design, all you do is run around and shoot shit. It's like the 3D equivalent of asteroids.

While I agree that it's ultimately a very simple and basic game... "overhyped"? I've rarely seen it here and only know about it because one youtuber I follow did a video and just said it was pretty good. Maybe the retard who recommended it overhyped it.
It was rockpapershotgun's Game Of The Year, and the majority of Steam reviews are from people who thumb it up despite having less than 3 hours of playtime in it

So what are your criticisms of the game?
I bought it for like one Eurobuck and I've had some fun with it. But then I knew what the game was before I bought it. The simplicity of it is what makes it nice. It's a bit like Tetris, the more shit you try too add to it the worse it gets, there is an elegance to simplicity that a lot of developers forget about as they are cramming yet another bad upgrade system into their games.
Well yeah, it's a good game. A short and shallow game, but for the short time you play it, it's a retro FPS experience that's kinda neat. And that's it. No-one said it's fucking Dragon Age Inquisition, you'll probably only spend a few minutes per play session but like, it's neat and it's cheap and that's it.
it is good though, user. really good. i bought it like a week back with a lot of other games and got 11 hours in it right now, with a high score of 312 seconds. you can play it casually with a vid in the other monitor or go full tryhard mode and it's fun either way. it's very addictive and purely skill based. seeing yourself get better over time is really rewarding. maybe you just don't like fps games or arcade style games
