About to play Dishonored 1 on Steam for the first time. What am I in for? And more importantly: Gamepad or Keyboard/Mouse?

Decent action game, stupid stealth game

And there has NEVER been a first person perspective videogame where a gamepad was the correct answer

Okay thanks.

>first person view
>PC
>gamepad
are you retarded?

here's a tip: you can use your powers while leaning, it effectively makes you OP.

>Using a game pad ever

don't rush and explore your surroundings

whats the thought process of a person when they decide that they should ask Sup Forums about a gam they're just about to play?

Top tier gameplay
Ok story

Being this prejudiced. I get using a pad can be weird and feel uncomfortable/clumsy if you're not used to it, but they are just as viable for most genres, including any FPS that isn't counter strike.

Sometimes you want to be warned about trap options, directed to muh mandatory mods, or get told "mouse and keyboard sucks, use a controller" for one game or another. It certainly doesn't hurt (excepting the risk of spoilers).

Alternately, he may be lying and just want to talk about the game.

Fug, this just makes me want to replay Dishonored 2 on high chaos.

Gamepad is for retards and children.

Base game- keyboard + mouse
Daud DLCs- gamepad
This is the only valid option

High Chaos is fun. Get to play the Eversor Assasin game that will never come out.

wut

>Having to rely on aim lockon to just shoot an enemy

Story: 1>2
Gameplay: 2>1
We can agree?

Dishonored is sweet, one of my favorites from the last five years or so. It's not perfect but the blend of gameplay, art style, setting, and characters just clicks for me. Make sure you play both fucking DLCs, OP, it's fantastic and in a lot of ways better than the base game.

Don't think anyone disagrees 2 had slick game play but a weaker story. Neither games were very story driven though. Character/choice driven, which felt more impactfull in the first game.

>What am I in for?
Whisky and cigars.
