There were record breaking scores by both. Billy basically called his in and they record keepers took it as gospel. The other guy (Steve?) Recorded his and sent it in. They called bullshit and he came home one day the those guys broke into his garage while he was away and took apart his Kong machine to look for a cheating apparatus and found nothing.
Billy did nothing wrong, the record fags did, and I am glad that one guy is dead.

Another person, Steve Weibe had two world records rejected by twin galaxies. One reason was they looked at his board and found it was a dual DKJr/DK board, so they made a new category for that one. Another was considered "unverified" because he bought that board off someone who had a personal vendetta of Billy Mitchell.
