Henry Cox
Good shit user >Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris was this actually good or did you get it for free?
John Sanders
I got it on sale for $8 or so. Only played the first couple of tombs, but it's fun so far.
William Price
I'm thinking of selling my backlog, I'm looking at all these games and I don't have a single interest in playing them. Plus I miss having just one game to play.
Bentley Price
What did you think of Jericho? I thought it was ok when I played it before. believe me when I say, you will miss it when it's gone.
Aaron Rodriguez
I'm up to the part when the team separates and you're forced to play as the priest, geeky chick, and Church. Having fun so far. Didn't expect it to be challenging at all, but the enemies are very strong. The environments are all nice to look at, and the story is pretty good.
Lucas Jones
If I had to give one negative point, it'd be how fast the QTEs disappear. Thankfully, they're still a little lenient on the actual button press.
Carter Roberts
oh god that shit was the worst >PRESS X >millisecond later >dead
Anthony Taylor
Forgot this board is neet county, of course you would have completed a pile of them
Luke Morris
The first time it happened, I thought I was supposed to fail it.
Thomas Smith
Nigger it's summer and I don't have a job yet, the fuck else am I supposed to do?
Hudson Cox
>How's the backlog coming along Sup Forums? bretty gud. im under 30% not played and only have 55 games to go. however i have another 15 games or so on my discount watch list.
Easton Turner
you're almost there user
David Allen
Here's mine, with (X)s denoting which ones I've beaten so far >Styx Master of Shadows >Hyper Light Drifter >Shovel Knight Specter of Torment >Mercenaries 2 (X) >Hulk Ultimate Destruction (X) >Dead Rising >Bioshock (X) >Wolfenstein The New Order >Metal Arms Glitch in the System >Paper Mario (annual playthrough, low priority)
Alexander Gomez
>Paper Mario (annual playthrough my nigga
Jordan Lopez
I know, it's fucking ridiculous, I honestly despise QTEs, especially in shit like cut-scenes
Caleb Price
This time I'm restricting myself a bit to mix things up >no female partners in combat (I jokingly call it my We Dem Boyz run) >20 HP, 20 FP limit until I max BP >use unconventional badges like Double Dip and the D. Down attacks I'm also trying to do stuff like beat Kent C without Sleep or actually defeating Anti Guy
Leo Miller
>tfw finished over half my games only 300 more to go
Leo Johnson
>>no female partners in combat (I jokingly call it my We Dem Boyz run) HP, 20 FP limit until I max BP >>use unconventional badges like Double Dip and the D. Down attacks I'm gonna have to try these, seem like fun >Kent, Anti guy fuckin hate fighting those cunts, harder than Bowser (who's not even that hard)
Nolan Collins
i just use my backlog as a back up of games that i can play when i have nothing else to play and theres no new good games out.
Alexander Lewis
I have a pretty large backlog, but I simply can't even start it because my current pc is actually a scavenged laptop with some i3 cpu and no gpu. So even if I turn all the settings down, tiny-ass resolution, running nothing but the game, I'll be lucky if I can get 20+fps. In some games that's fine. In a heavily modded Morrowind, running it at 1920x1080 but turning off all the fancy effects, with all the npc ai and meshes and shit taking up resources, running 10-30 fps is fine. Not great, but it doesn't really detract from the game. But say Metro 2033? The 20 fps with all the lowest settings and still dropping when many things are happening on screen? Playing the game like that suffers, and so I just don't play it at all. I hopefully have a job next semester, but it's reliant on passing the class I just took this summer, so I'm praying to God I got that C.
Caleb Baker
Can you not play old potato games like Doom?
Julian Evans
at 60fps*
Daniel Reed
Saint's Row 2 Thief 2 Aragami Assassin's Creed Syndicate Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China Batman: Arkham City Shadow Warrior Classic Redux (the expansions) Shinobi 3 Thief: Deadly Shadows Ultimate Doom Dark Souls
That should be all of them.
Nathaniel Lopez
Here's my list for the Summer, X means I beat it:
Bravely Default (X) Bravely Second (X) Shin Megami Tensei IV (X) Shin Megami Tensei IV Final Xenoblade Chronicles Shinobi 3 MH4U Earthworm Jim Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon Streets of Rage 2 Rhythm Heaven Megamix
Playing SMT IV Final right now of course. I doubt I'll finish these all by august but I'm enjoying myself right now
Evan Hill
Oh yeah sure I can, but obviously that's not my backlog anymore. Same with older Tomb Raider, Quake, most indie sidescrollers, some less intensive horror games like Penumbra, etc I can play games with others like league of legends, risk of rain, e.y.e., basically anything that I can turn the settings down and have it actually do fucking anything. More recent games, if they even have settings options, the settings really don't do shit for performance but make the game look worse. Actually Metro has that problem where you can't actually turn off aaa completely because it uses their own special aa or something, which really sucks for me.
Levi Brown
so basically you can't play anything post 2003? That sucks man, maybe Shovel Knight or other pixel games might work if you're interested in them.
Thomas Cooper
Agreed, Fucking 10 AP and solid defense is nothing to laugh at in PM. I'll probably just resort to spamming cooked healing items and going full attrition
Evan Gonzalez
I still remember the nightmare that was fighting the shadow queen for the first time in TTYD >300hp across 2 fights >went in with fuck all items >barely any of my crew fully upgraded >if you die at any point you have to sit through a 5 minute cutscene every single time Paper Mario and TTYD have fantastic bossfights, both mandatory and optional
Andrew Brown
>fighting the Master for your Diploma
Liam Rogers
>fighting Doo-liss for the first and second time
Julian Sullivan
I need to read Idol Magical Girl Chiru Chiru Michiru KARAKARA Sound of Drop -fall into poison- Sunrider Liberation Day and World End Economica
All of this before the new Higurashi chapter gets released I'm obliged ot read those VNs because they were all gifts
John Thomas
That actually stopped my first run cold, had to restart over a year later with a lot more badges/items, and a lot more experience using partners like Bobbery and Ms Mowz
Liam Ross
Vivian was my savior in that fight she YES SHE, THIS IS AMERICA is a fantastic partner It's why the game is a constant replay for me, even though I have such a huge backlog.
Joshua Morris
>Assassin's Creed Syndicate Prepare yourself for disappointment.
Xavier Allen
Agreed, she's the Watt of TTYD to me, midgame girl partner that breaks the game with her ridiculous elemental attacks and status effects (burn and stun respectively)
Xavier Hill
-Dead Space -DOOM 2016 -Dragon's Dogma -Far Cry 3 -Mass Effect -Metro 2033 -Shadow of Mordor -KOTOR -Wolfenstein TNO
Not to mention my colossal film backlog
Dominic Lee
>Dragon's Dogma I hope you got the Dark Arisen DLC.
Hudson Adams
pretty sure the PC and soon PS4+Xbox port come with it unless he's crazy and playing the PS360 versions
Justin Martin
How is that crazy? Neck yourself, graphics kiddo.
Tyler Rodriguez
because it runs at sub 25fps 90% of the time you fucking idiot
Leo Taylor
>muh fps Again, kill yourself. The game runs fine when spells aren't filling the screen.
I'm still adding new games faster than I'm beating ones already on it (especially with the summer sales), but lately I've been playing through the Crash N.Sane Trilogy and Mario & Luigi Paper Jam I also still need to finish BotW, Persona 3 and KH1
Xavier Wright
>the game runs fine dude just fucking stop, I love the game but don't act like the PS360 versions ran fine
Ryder Moore
Thanks for reminding me that I have to play Paper Jam
Nathaniel Hernandez
The PS3 version does, aside from what I've already mentioned. Not sure about the 360 version.
Kevin Nelson
multiplats on the 360 ran better than PS3 do we have like a DF recording of this? Because I remember footage (and gameplay) dropping way below the 30 mark. Maybe I just think it's worse than it actually is because I was spoiled by the PC version.
Dylan Parker
Whatever you gotta tell yourself.
David Murphy
No worries, it's pretty good The story and locations are super uninspired, but the gameplay is as fun as ever
William Smith
As long as the gameplay is fun that's all that matters It's a consistently good series
Isaiah Carter
