CTR doesn't need a remaster so much as a new game with the same kind of heart. it's not like CTR had a super deep plot that needs to be recreated, you could make a new game with more levels and some of the old ones and feature the characters.
Twinsanity on the other hand is in bad need of a remake. From the ground up, so much of that game was unfinished it could have been one of the best ones if it wasn't half done.
