1.- You need to move the bridge saddles to adjust the intonation or you will be out of tune the higher you go on the fretboard
2.- Fret buzz is also a thing, I'm not willing to turn my Truss Rod every time I need a different tuning, you could fuck your guitar's neck doing that too much
