This was one of the most bizarre things i had the opportunity of "playing" next to second life.
>literal gang members larping >people dressing as Ronald McDonald cornering women and doing the running man dance >fucking weebs everywhere dressed as samurais or anime characters
What was this mainly used for? I just used it for the neato online pool game.Does anybody want to share their experiences? It seems as if there was an entire weird underground culture going on in this shit.
It was fun. Now that its gone, I wish I had played around on it more. Definitely met some interesting people. Some guy invited me to his home and he had tons of those custom pictures frame things
They were all anus
Nicholas Martin
I was on home for 3 years met a lot of great people, But the best thing that happened is that I met my wife on home in x7. We have been together over a year now and have a son now 3 months. If it wasn't for home he wouldn't be here THANKS SONY!!!!! Worth ever dollar i spent!!!!!!
Aiden Jenkins
I feel like PSH could have been a successful console Second Life, if only the PS3 didn't sell like shit at the beginning.
Liam Williams
there was a fuck ton of people on home and i remember reading they made bank
Gavin Bennett
the minigames and the hubs were fun it was also comfy as fuck kinda miss it desu
Jaxson Watson
I liked to wander around and explore. It was kind of unnerving seeing these barren places clearly meant to be gathering spot.
Legitimately miss it
Grayson Ross
Why can't they remake this for PS4?
Josiah Sullivan
Children used it for sex hangouts
Brody Morgan
ps home was fun just to mess around when you were bored
Home was a trip, I tried to get as much free shit as possible and played pool a lot, oh and watched some video in the theater once that was kinda cool with everyone else watching too.
Jonathan Morris
>tfw spamming x to reserve a pool table
Thomas Clark
the speech bubble tech is ridiculous.
Nolan Brown

Lucas Cox
What the fuck? Why is there sad music playing?
Jaxson Evans

Landon Howard

Justin Scott
I got issued a warning when I griefing the pool and bowling lounge because I was enjoying my USB keyboard too much
RIP Siren co-op spooky house thing RIP Wipeout museum with the DJing robot and shitty top down racing minigame RIP DDR live stage thing with the worst input lag
>played a killzone minigame expecting cool shit >got nothing
I just liked looking at the ocean from my home and putting up shiny pictures...I kinda miss the concept of that. Can we get a steam home? A Nintendo home?
Asher Walker
Jesus Christ
Gabriel Jackson
Yeah, now they just use Snapchat
Aiden Martinez
The loading times and clunky controls put me off going into Home.
I liked the comfy home you got, though.
It needed more things to do.
Joshua Gonzalez
>see large group of people hanging out together >try to get into conversation with them >fail >tfw social failure in a fucking video game
Carson Evans
I wasn't kidding when i said there was literal gang members. There was a gang called WwW or some shit.
I remember playing around with this with my cousin when it had just come out. It was weird seeing a city that looked so desolate, but it was kinda fun. Shortly after my PS3 yellow lighted and my retarded ass cousin ripped the warranty sticker off of the thing trying to "repair" it. I re bought a ps3 a few years ago, completely forgot this shit existed.
Easton Turner
I had a lot of fun on it. Wished I spent more time on it.
Well that explains why there would be groups of people on playstation home that wouldn't talk to randoms
Joseph Evans
This video confirms playstation gamers are niggers/spics. PlayStation wojak is accurate to me now.
Evan James
wow fucking crazy people
Jeremiah James
>that comment
Alexander Price
I use to get on every week to see what new rooms they made. I remember new areas would be full of people trying to get water free clothing/items for doing tasks or mini games in that room. Then the next week they would be pretty much dead.
Love to play bowling with random people. In the bowling alley, there would always be people trying to recruit you in their "family". I finally joined a family and asked if they had a creepy uncle. They then invited me to their house and called me Unc. They ended up kicking me out cause I never wanted to hang out with them
I think I might of avoided getting my avatar virtually raped.
Gavin Sullivan
That's where they had DDR group contests, right?
Evan Myers
Think it'll ever come back? It was profitable.
Liam Bailey
>What was this mainly used for? Seemed to be RPing every time I checked the game or people sitting in the hub doing the Running Man. Personally I loved the mini attractions the game had, I just wish the entire system wasn't so clunky so playing the games wasn't a chore at times. Character customization also took absolutely forever.
Sebastian Ortiz
what kind of family? We talking niggers like the ones in the videos?
Michael Campbell
swcondlofe makex this see like a walk in the park its not even close to weird compared to secondlife
Asher Smith
Probably, I didn't hang around them long enough. I played a game of pool and left their house
Brandon Perez
Best part of PSHome was getting Warhawk, Twisted Metal, and Resident Evil Directors Cut for free.
Wyatt Perez
I remember that event
David Allen
They also gave away PS1 games a year or two prior to that as well during E3 as long as you viewed certain things and got trading cards or something like that. They still give away free stuff during E3 though, it's by getting rewards done on their streaming site thing that you can just Inspect Element and change a few things instead of bothering with their checklist which is great.
