Does that monitor have G-Sync? If you're gonna go all out anyway, you may as well pair that GPU with a G-Sync panel. You may have to sacrifice that 165Hz, though.

In that case, just get a second stick of ram. Still not sure about that cooler. It's not bad, but liquid "in general" sees that cpu dropping a few crucial degrees cooler under load. But don't take random ole user's advice. I'd research that further.

Everything seems on the up and up on the cooler, but I'll look into it a bit more before everything gets here.
If you were patient enough to hold out 9 years on a new pc, you can wait 2 or 3 more weeks for a better card. You can save up for it in the mean time, too.
Return that and have the store raincheck a better card for you. If they're not sleazy, they'll keep one in stock for you. They want your money, so they should be nice enough to hold one or special order one for you if you ask.
Did you check with your mobo QVL for compatibility with RAM? I guess with Intel chipsets you're pretty much safe with any set of sticks, but just to be sure, y'know?

Lol don't listen that ignorant pleb. With a 1050TI you will hit 60 fps in Witcher 3 at 1080p since the game was optimized for Nvidia cards to beging with. Also with the Ryzen the bottleneck with be non-existent.

Actually my current laptop can run it pretty well on lower settings, so I've beaten NV a few times. Didn't really like F3 though, so judging by reviews and comments on Sup Forums I'll probably skip F4 alltogether.

an AIO is much cheaper than setting up an open loop. Also easier to install an AIO than a hyper 212 evo. They definitely have their uses but i agree with you in the fact that air is the better value for a beginner.
