With a mixture of magic, elder gods, and pokeball-tier technology sprinkled on top.
And at least one guy is going to steal 75% of the loot in the game before you start. And possibly a few bosses.

Actually, most dynasties are pretty weak. The Ultramarines wiped out the whole Damnos Dynasty in one day.

And we know marines are not that powerful compared to a lot of the heroes in vidya games.

Also the Necron poorly designed technology are very vulnerable to EMP and magnetic based attacks. The Iron Hands literally wiped out a whole tomb world force by engaging an EMP.

So Command and Conquer universe would wreck the Necrons.

Also I would like to add that the Necron do not have FTL engines making their fleets slow as shit.

'Mary sue' means that a character is practically flawless and all the other character love/respect them, you cannot apply that to a vast majority of factions and characters in 40k. Stop using buzzwords when you can just say that it has shit writing.
