1 first. Since you're completely new it's better to learn the RE tropes with 1 since 0 is objectively the harder game. Also 0 has spoilers for 1.

For absolute best experience, you could emulate original RE1 first so you can compare it to the REmake later on.

there are two fuses, each fuze has 3 parts, but someone triped whilst carrying the fuzes thus the 3 parts where mixed at random. the electrician is hard at work but he will put the 3 parts in the correct order one day, to enable the fuzes to work.
