The Wii U is my first Nintendo console in a long time.
I bought Zelda: Wind Waker HD and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and they are so much fun. I don't have to deal with stupid tutorials, shitty cutscenes, political agenda, forced sjw propaganda, big day one updates/patches and no ugly ass HUD's with text everywhere.
Kinda reminds me of the good old SNES days. I feel so bad for turning my back on the only company that cares for good games.

The best thing about the wii u is that it is the console that has the least time between starting up the console and starting up the game.
I hate all the menu based bullshit I have to go through these days, at least with the wii u it has the optioin to skip all the menus when you start up.

What console are you using? The Wii U has some of the slowest start ups of any recent console. For a PS4 you boot it up and you're immediately in the menu where you select a game. For Wii U you need to wait for it to load the menu, then click on the game, wait for it to load the disc, then click start and finally wait for the game to start up itself.
It was comfy as fuck and spooky as shit.

You're forgetting Xenoblade Chronicles X, Super Mario 3D World and the entirety of the Wii library, since this is OP's first Nintendo console in a while, which can be extended to practically the entirety of Nintendo's library period, minus 3DS and Switch games, if you homebrew it.

Actually, now that you mention it, I can see it. There are some elements to that game that are reminiscent of Moomin.
Moomins and Great Autumn Festival is the eighth Moomin computer game. It was released to PC in late 2007 and also released for Nintendo DS in spring 2010.
