desu I wouldn't limit them to any games (Maybe no horror games tho depending on age.) But if my kid wanted me to buy them GTA I'd probably sit down and give them some sort of talk about it before they'd be allowed to play. As soon as they hit 12 though they're free to do whatever. I'm not a parent though so idk.

Pretty much this Plus I would limit their playtime to 2 hours, maybe up to 4 on the weekends. And I'd monitor what it was they're playing to make sure they had the appropriate parental guidance. I think I might be a doating parent.

I wouldn't follow age ratings 100%, but still would do some limiting until the kid becomes old enough to understand that "games are just games". Also, I wouldn't put any strict time limits because I know that long sessions are usually the best way to enjoy vidya, but I certainly would start limiting screen time if it starts coming on the way of school and other stuff too often.

Video games only on Fridays and Saturdays
No M rated games, T rated games with supervision.
