who would win thread

>furries
we all lose

Can the panda's critical hit stack with his armor pierce? If not, which takes priority?

Does the heal happen before damage, after, or simultaneously?

no, you first try to ignore def, if it doesn't work you try 2* atk, else it does normal damage

it heals before, this prevents the bear from dying and then coming back to life

if the quote works, see

running 30 million fights 8 times

waiting until it completes

bear is way too overpowered with those 10 HP extra each round

Here is the updated pic, added a small explanation at the bottom.

Heals necessarily happen before the damage is dealt, otherwise he's immortal

fuck, it was only 3 million

brb

cancer

Left wins.
50% of the time the right can't even deal damage.
The left is healing every turn.
The right basically has a 12.5% chance to deal 100 damage while the left has 25% chance to to hit for 100. in as late as 48 turns the left wins.
While the right would win in around 56 turns not counting lefts healing. With the healing it would take the right somewhere along the lines of like 80 sum odd turns if lucky.

Panda's DPS is 25
Bear's DPS is 20

25/20 < 1200/700

Bear wins

there we go, 10 million fights, 8 runs

same shit

75% chance to dodge is awesome, butB if the 10hp regen lasts the whole fight then the tank probably wins.

So that makes Samurai even more shitty so it loses 100% of the time instead of nearly 90%

>DPSfags on suicide watch

the samurai can only deal damage if he manages to get one of the 25% bonuses, otherwise it doesn't deal anything and in the next round the bear already got 10hp back

the samurai loses 90% of the time anyways, I made my algorithm comply with

the problem isn't really how the samurai deals damage, if you remove the 10hp the bear always gets it loses most of the time

Does the samurai win if he's allowed to stack the 2 effects, giving him a 1/16 chance to do 100 damage?

>all these fags thinking bear stomps samurai

Bear wins, but it's a very close call. He's not OP

The panda deals an average of 17.5 damage per turn, so he kills the bear in 40 turns without counting the bear's HP regeneration. This means that in 40 turns, he will deal 700 damage.

In 40 turns, the bear gains 400 HP, which means he has practically 1100 HP the panda will need to chug off from the beginning. 1100 HP / 17.5 damage per turn = 62.85 or 63 turns in average to kill the bear.

They're very balanced

they're not balanced, even less on revision

And in that 22.85 turns, it gets 228.5, and so on and so forth

The original Picture didn't make it so the samurai couldn't perform 100 damage strikes with the proc of both 25% skills.
With the new picture it's either or and never both.

So the samurai can only ever deal either 50 damage or 20. so it would take at the shortest 14 hits and at the longest 35 hits to kill if the knight never healed. While the Knight only needs 12.

This lowers it's chance's to win exponentially.

>17.5

Show your working. It's 25.

P A N D A

1/4 attacks ignore defense = 50 damage
1/4 attacks deal 2*atk = 20 damage
2/4 attacks are null hits = 0 damage

70/4 = 17.5

but it's 10

not really.
It's a 25% chance for the knight to hit for 80 damage leading up to like 14 hits to win.
While it's 25% chance for the samurai to hit for either 50 or 20 damage. If by some miracle it hits with the 50 each time it would take 14 hits down him but that won't happen.

The samurai was destined to lose.

Bear, Panda's are too lazy to do shit.

damage = attack - def

50 - 80, -30 damage per attack the second ones does?

...

Panda: -10/-10/40/20
Average is 10

Bear: 0/0/0/80
Average is 20

Panda has half the DPS of Bear, so he would need at least twice the health (>1400) to win more than half the time

this provokes a serious bug, just turn it into 0 damage instead or straight up ignore if the samurai doesn't manage to get one of the bonuses

Run the sim again, but give the samurai 1400 health
That should be close to balanced

1400 with regen you say?

Does that count the Samurai with the ability proc both 25% ability where the samurai can deal up to 80 damage at times or the completed version where it can only be one of the 25% ability that procs at a time So the samurai can never deal 80 damage only 50's and 20's.

samurai got 20% wins

my algo is the revised one, not the OP's

This one is hard to calculate without sims

Last one.

I wrote for this one last thread, it's 54% knight 45% dragon, 0.5% ties

Grizzly
> 25% chance to hit @80dmg (~6% Panda HP)
> Heals 10hp (~1% HP) every turn

Panda
> 25% to roll a damage buff
>> 50% chance to ignore damage(-50hp) or double damage(-20hp)
> 75% chance to be completely unable to damage the Grizzly
> Doesn't heal

It would be a long battle, but DEF > DEX

Dragon
> 10% chance to deal 90dmg to Knight
> 2.5% chance to kill him instantly by proxy

Knight
> Average 220dmg per 3 turns ((80+80+240)-(60*3))
> Potential to slay in 21 turns
> Dodge rate is 90%, which means this dumb idiot's gonna get hit and die

Sheep attains a 100% chance to dodge after taking two bleeding wounds. Given how high the chance the Wolf has to cause it, it's very likely to happen after the 2nd turn.
>Sheep can cause 210dmg to the Wolf with each successful hit after attaining full Rage Mode
It's a win for the sheep if the wolf is unlucky

will do these in the next days and post them here
