Actually the 3D model of Iron Man was based on the model used in the movie when they released the Iron Man video game. If you look now, you can notice that the suit looks good and nothing else in the game has near the quality.

Depends on scheduling. Disney was willing to pay Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly. They just were all tied up filming Pirates 2 and 3. It wasn't unwillingness to pay for it, so, it's dependant on if the two of them are busy.

And since Allen's sitcom got canceled, it's dependant on if Tom Hanks is busy.

Ratchet & Clank (2016) looks better visually than Toy Story. You might think that is unimpressive but you're probably not taking into account the amount of render time that was required in 1995 when Toy Story was made.

The fucking toys? Seriously? Games have been at that level for a while. Of course it's easy to make the toys in Toy Story look good. Because they're toys and they look like plastic. That's also why they looked good back then even though the humans in that movie look like complete shit.
