You can play FF1-FFX and tactics on ps vita. They absolutely aren't ever going to remake any of those in HD, look at the mobile games, they're fucking terrible ports. If they cared, they woulda done FF5 and 6 on 3ds.

Here in the real world Atlus doesn't develop a huge project (for them anyway) like the next big fully 3D SMT game and only release it for the most niche platform. Can you give me any good reason why they'd ignore the (by then) 80-90million big PS4 market? Especially after Persona5's huge success?

I was talking about the SMT HD project, the only one Switch is getting. Sure, recent SMT games have been 3DS exclusive but I don't see how that's related to persuading me into buying a Switch when I already own a 3DS to play the recent SMT games and a PS4 to play this new one.

Metroid and Fire Emblem are a good start, but damn. Nintendo is still just sitting (sometimes shitting) on so many old IPs. They've got an assload of genres covered too, so actually making more quality first-party games will help fill the gap left by sparse third-party support AND give people a reason to put up the Switch's hardware.
