I always wanted another EX game but the huge flaw in these games is that they were too gimmicky. Especially EX3, but the partner system so damn fun, it made arcade mode actually fun. Also the OST for these games were always really good. There's a definite fanbase for the EX series. It's just the SF3, and IV fans are bigger.

I unironically love how Skull-o has come full circle as an inspirational character. People loved his justice shit so much, and now he's inspiring people once again by literally doing the impossible, returning in a brand new EX game in the year 2018.

SFV was rushed and over budgeted as fuck. It's rare for fighting games to undersell against expectations like SFV did.

I loved playing this with my friends on my PS1.

Amazing soundtrack and broken yet cool ass easy combo system + Street Fighter characters to get you into it. What's there not to love? Even without the Capcom characters (and I'd welcome them with open arms) the others eventually grow on you (except Area, fuck her).

Yeah, Arika made the EX fighting games, which is where Skull-O, D. Dark, and Pullum come from, but they also had an original series called Fighting Layer, which is where Blair Dame and Cracker Jack are from.
