> The last time i put a mod who people following you and later i use a rocket launcher to kill dousands in this place...
Shit, old memories though

...

Close, but that's not Shady Creeks.

Seriously just walk around this area, it's totally quiet and feels like you are being fucking watched..

...

All that's missing is the Xfiles music

I've been trying to remember this game for over a decade, anytime I tried to explain it no one knew what the hell I was talking about.

You have alleviated a great debt from me.

...

...

You're welcome, user.

The ocean

paderborn on RTCW

those streets man... right out of a horror game

the silence, the weird sounds, the odd secrets... there something really disturbing about that particular level.

Man, I miss 2007 - 2010 Youtube. All those Mothman, Bigfoot, Leatherface, Ghost Cars, CJ's Mom's Ghost, Big Smoke's Ghost, etc.. Myth and Legends videos were the best things, there was so much more blind wonder and imagination back then.. Simpler times.

Vault 34 was way worse

something something peenus weenus

is this WoW?

Well my leeper Leepshin duh. Dont yall know about LEEPSHIN

Doesn't look like it graphics-wise. I may be wrong, though haven't played in ages.

...

This fog was implement because of system's limitations, but it really gave a nice atmosphere to N64 games.

...

yes its the from the old Sanandrius expansion

Any area in world of warcraft where the water drops off from the place you're supposed to explore into the hugely deep part you're not supposed to

sewers from Dark Forces, i don't have a pic because im too afraid to venture in enough to get a pic

It honestly looks a bit like the charred vale in stoletalon mountains except not as good

Blackfathom Deeps?

Pic related.
Alternatively the Valhalla from MP3

...

this body harvest game is fucking unsettling even right now.

Just the entire hospital

*spawns ruvik*

I don't remember that

>when we were all fags sharing game clips and other stuff we genuinely liked about games without caring how dumb we looked, in an attempt to fit in rather than for money

It's unmarked location in fo3 called shelter, at the outskirts of DC.

nah, I know it's vice city. I'm jus tmessig with you. ;)

unexpected comfy in a world of horror was somehow more scary

XMEN THEME PLAYS

Entirety of Blighttown but mostly the pit.

I still do this. One of my videos blew up somehow and got 300K views and I got a message saying I can start making money. I made sure to disable monetization.
problem is I play mostly shooters on console so no one here would like my videos

I wish gta v had more creepiness to it

Why plungers though? Why?

GTA V actually DOES have a lot of weird shit in it.

GTA SA creepyness came from stupid users... nowadays it's not really possible, since we grew up, and don't believe most of the crap we look at anymore.

10-14 year olds are probably still sharing "secrets" about GTA V

Bethesda XD randum humor injected by the level designers.

angry virgin

>Unsettling
Your phobia doesn't make the game unsettling.

just the feeling that somewhere... someplace out there... there's bigfoot watching you... maybe mothman... or maybe a ghost car coming to fucking run you over but it never happens...

What was it about SoC? From the minute I stepped into that place, I wanted to get out.

>he doesn't know about the plungers

>The chicks in underwear
>how they warm up to you
>make them move across the map by spinning your Venom machinegun
>save scum lest you actually shoot and kill them

I can't have been the only one

Just calling it like it is, Todd.

>Paderborn

jesus fucking christ, how did I play the game all those years ago and never notice that a portion of the game takes place in my town? fuck me

>tfw I have to play the game again to find out whether there are streets that actually resemble the ones nowadays

...

That level was quite unsettling especially in the original version

the inside of her PUSS

what game you ask?

the game name is YOUR MOM and shes ON SALE right now on steam

Is this the van buuren shit?

If so the new vegas version looks almost similar.

It's from New Vegas user

the ambient music in this place is creepy as hell. the whispering and keyboard tapping. i just wanted to get out as fast as possible.

Who the fuck thought those fart bubbles were a good idea?

Ask this guy he prolly knows the answer

The visuals didn't age well and my memories were really sugarcoating it apparently.

...

...

This entire fucking game, man. Especially because I used to live in Moscow and the game is fairly accurate about locations

...

Thief 1 and 2 is creepy as hell

What was correct way to play this level?
People say sneaking was the best way do it, but librarians scared the fuck out me so I always rushed the entire level without even looking back.

Cry of Fear.

The best horror game ever made

I tried doing the stare em down thing then I fucked up and they started attacking me so I just fucking hoofed it, worked out well actually.

All of STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl pretty much. Its not really a great game, especially vanilla, but man is it unsettling and tense. I was being overly cautious about half the time. The worst part was my first time going to the underground sewer place for the main quest line.

First time I just killed everyone, and immediately regretted it when I was completely out of ammo for the next levels.
Afterwards I just sneaked through the three first ones then rushed up to the elevator.

>tfw never watched xfiles and only know the theme from san andreas videos
anyone else?

Having to go back into the Ishimura in Dead Space 2 will forever be one of the best moments of dread i'v felt from a video game.

Also it's been posted, but STALKER SoC lab X18 legit fucked with me.

I've watched one episode where aliens were the KKK it was good

Imagine if this level had no enemies completely and only spookiness

The first time walking into that I was freaked out and thought for sure something was about to come outta nowhere and kill my ass.

If you only knew how bad things are

>stare em down thing
If looked them in the eyes they would freeze in place but if I tried to walk away from them (while still facing them) they would aggro and start attacking.

The Upper Cathedral Ward on BloodBorne was the most unsettled I've been in years.

This lab is definitely the worst of them all and I'm not even sure why.

For non-lab levels, this one takes the cake for me.

ooh yeah I didn't wanna cheeze any of the game but I remember seeing that in a thread, wasn't the trick waiting for them to fuck off instead of trying to back up still looking at em?

This the freight yard in SoC?
I remember the outreaches of Pripyat itself were creepy as fuck. Mutants and gunmen crept everywhere.

WE NEED TO GO EVEN DEEPER

Jesus christ fuck this place

god-tier atmosphere

Why are enemies in STALKER so uninspired?

One of the lethally creepiest places in the series.
Everything you hear about the place says it's bad news, and going there, you realize it doesn't even scratch the surface.

>wasn't the trick waiting for them to fuck off
If you do that they'll just wait for you to turn around and fuck you in the ass
Backing up is more effective since they will stop attacking you if you do so

the chiliad mystery was actually fun until PC release when everyone went through the game files and scripts. after that it just became a circle jerk of who could invent the most inane, implausible theory. for example the spiderwebs on your pic are there 24/7, whoever made up that theory just threw that bullshit in. just about everything spoopy in gtaV is easily explained with common sense when you examine it from a game-creators point of view. some people just see patterns that aren't there

Not yet?

It's the Rostok Wild Territory from SoC. Has a very creepy, oppressive atmosphere, spooky ambient music, and is pretty dangerous to boot.

i remember being so thankful of being attacked by the military. no more weird sounds, no more ghosts, no more suspense, no more unexpected stuff. just some other dudes shooting at me.

yeah man, like coming out of Ravenholm and going to town on the combine

>that music
>it never changes or stop

>thank god, men with guns, I can deal with that rather than invisible poltergeists that are on fire and throw everything not nailed down at me
I could never really get the creepy shit to happen to me when I was in the place, and it disappointed me. The only thing that ever happened was doors opening and closing, and I just assumed it was wind and shit.
