I have 21 hours on it so far and am still enjoying it. Could do with some more maps

Love this game, it is really fun and especially so with a good funny community, but it's fucked atm. Maybe it'll never return to the meager glory it had and less buggy, but don't buy it.

Right now? No. Maybe when the single player launches or it goes on sale, but it's a clusterfuck right now. A playable one, but you would be taking less of a risk if you got PUBG to put in perspective.

It's a dead game and the devs are ban happy. I'd say buy Dead by Daylight instead. It features the superior slasher villain anyway.

What's stopping you from just running away? Jason doesn't have any abilities at the start of the match except morph.

I would say buy it. I've been having alot of fun and have about 40 hours put into it. The community is actually pretty good (relatively speaking) and I've had some of the most genuine interactions with people in an online game on this. Not everything is great though, the fact there is no host migration means if the host leaves the game goes kaput, so if the host dies early they are likely to just nuke the whole lobby because there's no real incentive to wait 15-20 minutes other than a bit of xp. Flip a coin.

Why do Dead by Daylight and F13 give the killers radius music? Why is there even so much music in F13 when horror is best built on silence?

It should have been like hide and seek but instead it's this big action horror game with flashy music and shit.

Do people complain about the game's being too quick in Ft13th? Every gripe I've heard was the opposite.

Because the music causes panic in Ft13th. You get a Pavlovian response to the danger of it and a sense of ease when you're hiding and hear it start to fade off. Plus, it ties into Jason's own stealth mechanics. You can get comfortable just waiting to hear his music to know he's there, and suddenly you turn a corner and he's on top of you because he used stealth to mute the music. It's a great component in the game.

As someone who plays DBD, the only thing it does better is the hide and seek gameplay. The generators and hooks are retarded. Also god help you if you play any killer besides the Nurse.

I`ve found that managing your fear level and staying indoors as much as possible makes playing as a counselor pretty well balanced. Maybe I haven`t run into skilled Jason players?

You`re saying he can morph or shift grab you outdoors while running? Cause in my experience you can juke him at least a couple of times on your way to the nearest cabin

Is every DBD killer here just awful or something? Killers, especially Nurse and Myers, pretty much always win against survivors. The only exception is if you run into a SWF group with mic on.

From what I've heard, you play as Jason against AI counsellors. As for the aim of the matches, presumably you get certain objectives to fulfil, such as "Perform X number of environmental kills" etc...
