motherfucker its cause your framerate was too low
either drop your settings and play on a lower res or save up the money for stronger pc parts

That's the real issue here although I never noticed my FPS drop while playing the game outside of one cutscene before monsoon. I'd also love to upgrade my rig but GPU prices are ridiculous for now.

Shit, I dunno then. My specs are lower than yours and I had no issues with the final fight. I'd imagine your framerate would have been higher than mine with those specs.
