It's a Hollywood thing (not really hollywood since it's done in many different medias but you get the idea). That way you can frame both actors, have a close up of their faces, listen to what they're saying to each other, it makes it more personal and allows to easily insert dialogue lines during a fight without breaking the action too much. But yeah, kinda unrealistic. In a real fight one of the two would push aside the other's weapon and keep fighting.

I played the game only for the Nemesis System. Was not disappointed. I'm hyped about the improved Nemesis System. It's something I would like to see in other games too (a few weeks before Shadow of War was announced I was wondering why nobody tried to copy the Nemesis System since it was the only good thing that Shadow of Mordor was remembered for)
