i think my fish lvl was 89 but im not sure i havent played it in a long time

I did the same, was maybe 30 in HP/ST/ATK but had 85+ fishing. Fishing actually made me get a membership to join the guild.

Mining doesn't have the rocks randomly teleport around, nor do you stop mining for no reason whatsoever after you click to mine and are performing the animation for a few dozen ticks

Fishing is like 99% AFK with the occasional spot moving which is hardly that annoying. If you aren't AFK, just barb fish or something for that extra agility xp. Mining is complete shit, even MLM mining is shit as you only get like a few paydirt or w/e per vein. If you're going to mine, might as well do granite.
