New Vegas
Darkest Dungeon, getting my shit kicked in because I suck.
Persona 5
should i get MGSV or Gravity Rush Remastered?
MGSV.
Transistor on NG+
Haven't played it since release and I had the urge to go back and play this along with Bastion again before I start Pyre.
Also a decent way into path C in Nier Automata on Hard, this is my second time through after getting the proper permanent final ending the first time through.
Why did MGSV have to be so unfinished bros ;_;
Divinity:OS it's bretty fun for now, can't wait for the next game in september
>launch game
>close game
>launch another game
>close game

idk
Watching a movie
Just finished TLOU. It was okay gameplay wise; not good, not bad, just serviceable. Pretty enjoyable story but it's like uncharted in that it would work better as a film.
I have also been playing Tekken 7 a lot lately but I get ridiculously pissed losing online so often that I've resolved to put the controller down and try to find a local group to play with or not play much at all. I play this shit to have fun, not to get blindingly pissed off.
I have a weird urge to play FFXV lately as well. I think I might see what DLC has been released.
>inb4 shit taste posts
I know. It's why I don't talk about video games,
ever.
nothing. please recommend me and interesting game!
This is called depression
Just picked up Horizon Zero Dong and so far I'm not seeing the hype. It's not bad, but it just seems like every single fucking modern AAA trope is here, and the story and Aloy so far are gratingly annoying. Only about a couple hours in though, we'll see if it picks up.
Bought this game during the Steam Sale and I like it. Never get enough time to play it though.
How do I escape?
Andromeda
Just repurchased Dark Souls III at Target for like $20. I decided I haven't screamed in awhile so I'll probably break that streak tonight.
MGSV
Ape Escape 3
how you do push past the characters let alone the boredome from how bland it is
Realize that there are people that are 10x the worthless piece of shit you are, and that people love you, even if it's only these fags on here you talk to every day . That's what cheers me up
*indecipherable grunts and grumbles mixed with choking sounds*
Kingdom Hearts 2.5
I went through the torture of "completing" Re: Chain of Memories, getting all of the trophies and all that, before moving on to 2.5 like I did for 1.5 to Re:COM. It was fucking awful.
Dark Messiah
but what if you rarely ever get a (you) ;_;
>mfw ellie was revealed to be a carpet muncher
i don't know how i knew but i fucking KNEW
it's like reverse gaydar
thanks but played it. anything else?
I've been here since only 08, and I've probably gotten no more than 20 (You)s. Lurking is a noble pastime that more people here would do well to take part it.
I'm playing Fable Fortune in early access
It seen nice, but gotta keep making decks and experiment
*gahck*
...s-St-Starbound!
Fallout: New Vegas.
FFXII Remastered. It's bretty gud.
I grew up with Nintendo consoles so I never got to play any PS/PS2 games. Hoping for a Spyro Remaster.
I'm legitimately surprised that they are still milking games out of that dead series
How'd you get it for 20 shekels? I've been waiting for 3 to price drop
Ah, cool. What sorta games are you into, though?
You sicken me.
I have the game too. Cute races and all, specially the Florans, but fuck all to do in the game and has been that way since the beginning, good fucking lord.
I decided to bite the bullet and deleted my MGSV save to start fresh. So far it's feeling like the right move because I'm actually enjoying the game again. Also currently playing through Hearts of Stone again and all it's doing is reminding me how shit the main quest of TW3 is compared to the expansions. Didn't do it this time, but thankfully they give you the option to just play the DLC outright with the main quest already finished. Might just do that next time I get the urge to start another playthrough.
Over all, I'm having a good time.
I've been playing Lego Worlds off and on because they finally added classic space stuff.
Kinda running out of stuff to do again, though.
...
Try checking the online prices on stores. If it's different in the store itself, do a price exchange.
Shit, Walmart sold Yakuza 0 with free pickup order for $47 or so while everywhere else was $60. Same with the Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 game, being $40 online and $60 on the displays.
kingdom hearts bbs
really disappointed that days and coded were just the game cutscenes instead of the actual game
gravity rush
To be fair, in this case are ex lion gate employes that ask for the licence.
Microsoft have no money into this as far as I knkw
And for my point of view, there isn't much wrong on trying new stuff on a dead franchise if it's interesting.
Fable was never an amazing franchise so why not try a silly card game with a silly brand that have nothing to loose
I've been playing Fallout 3 recently for the first time, using the TTW for New Vegas.
MGSV
They're both great. get both
If only the cursor and console weren't visible.
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
Septerra Core. Hit a dead end and I've only got a small hole, a jar with a leaf in it, a beam of light and a vine to work with. My party might have a clue but the ones with me are useless for this.
Recently bought Sonic Chronicles, Heavenly Sword, 007 Nightfire, and Dragon Quest VIII (PS2).
Been playing Okami HD, Saints Row 2, Sly 2, and Injustice.
Both of the games turned into cutscenes are weird too.
From what I garner, Days is a mediocre game with a good story, and Coded a good game with a really shit story. Never played either of them, so I can't say for sure.
And not only that, everything that was text only was brutally summarized and often left out some neat details and character interactions. The vast majority of Days was just sitting on the clocktower eating ice cream.
I skipped through watching both altogether and just read a written summary of the main plot than waste 2 and a half hours on both, and was really let down by how absolutely nothing truly mattered in the story of Coded.
playing filename and dragons crown on the ps vita
Picked up Arkham Knight on BundleStars. Gotta cap the framerate to 30, but I'm really enjoying it. Seeing Joker pop up every now and then is the best part.
I know, I fucked it.
yea i thought coded sounded cool but then when I saw it was just "kh1 but in a computer and it might as well be a dream" i didn't really like it
Yea, the game lacks a bit of depth. And all my bodyguards are Florans. Love their banter
Alpha Protocol
I'm a spy
Im getting home from deployment in 7 days and im GOING TO BUY AND PLAY MGS:V FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IM REALLY FUCKING EXCITED GUYS
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Playing pic related in my bed. One of the only things bringing me joy, lately. I have a good career and a horny 8/10 gf. :^( I just want Mario Odyssey to come out. 9/10 games don't cut it anymore.
BIG BOSS IS ACTUALLY YOU
VENOM SNAKE IS ACTUALLY YOU, THE PLAYER. YOU DIE IN THE ORIGINAL METAL GEAR.
THE REAL BIG BOSS IS IN METAL GEAR 2
YOU'VE BEEN PLAYED LIKE A DAMN FIDDLE
i guess ill just stay in the desert spying on shitskins then
It really is something when someone can summarize the whole entire plot of the game with "Oh yeah, Mickey and Sora.exe went through a whole load of bullshit in the digital world of a book just to remember some guys a long ass time ago that he SOMEHOW forgot so he can write a letter to Sora explaining some shit. Oh, and here's a 2nd retread of everything you did in Kingdom Hearts 1 as Sora.exe". It was really dumb.
And with that note, I'd MUCH rather prefer Re:Chain of Memories being a cutscene only game and Days being a HD game port. I know that's not how it could've worked and most likely never would have, especially since Re:COM was already a PS2 port and probably didn't take all too much to port to the PS3 and 4, unlike Days, but all that really mattered in that game were the cutscenes inbetween the extremely nonimportant Disney sections.
I understand Days wasn't liked for its gameplay, but I think I'd at least prefer a combat system that's similar to the mainline games with mediocre to OK missions and a more interesting story than a game with cards where you either break the shit out of bosses or get your teeth kicked in the first few seconds because fuck you Riku you don't get good cards in this world.
I'm glad I'm not the only one living the good life
No man's sky pirated of course
kek, is that game good?
>justifying your existence based on the fact that there are people who are doing worse than you instead of measuring your life on how much you've accomplished
This is denial.
Shit game great concept. Literally the definition of wasted potential.
>jerma reference
i dont even need to read your post trust your opinions
Kingdom Hearts 2
I'm also about to start Dragon Quest Builders, and Yakuza 0 whenever it comes in the mail.
Been really diggin bf1 user.
Stopped for a while shortly after dlc1 (they shall not pass). Came back last week to the joy of 2 new FREE maps.
Barely get to play nivelle. Prise is god tier.
Final Fantasy 12, farming for items to get the Tournesol and Kumbha weapons at the same time since they both use Gemsteel which is annoying as tits to farm. I have almost all the ingredients, just need to advance the story enough to go to Pharos and get mallets from bombs and Orichalcum from the face statue guys.
I haven't even done Giruvegan yet.
Also I got to Stage 79 in the trial mode and that's where I got stuck. Every time I start the stage I get instantly killed by the entities there so I gave up for now.
Jerma is a beautiful, beautiful 3 foot tall man who deserves respect.
BROODWAR
I just beat Sleeping Dogs, gonna move onto the DLC shortly.
Honestly probably my new favorite open world game. It might not have as much "stuff" as GTA V, but it feels a lot more focused and fun as a result. The melee combat system is pretty fucking fun and the shooting and driving are pretty good, but it's definitely the story and atmosphere that propel the experience. I just wish the leveling systems for Face, Cop, and Triads weren't so wonky.
[spoilers]I saw the concepts for Sleeping Dogs 2 and wasn't impressed, cloud shit is fucking cancer[/spoiler]
Medieval II: Total War
Venetian bully not so tough after getting raped.
Sleeping Dogs is the game that made me think GTAV was just ok. It's got heart instead of just polish.
I just finished playing Kingdom Hearts Final Mix yesterday
Gameplay was pretty good, despite suffering from being part of that experimental era of PS2 games
Story felt pretty stupid by the end of it though
Not sure what to play next
FFXIV while I try to figure out how to fix the texture seams in Doom
Link related imgur.com
R6S with my brother
Minecraft with 100 mods.
If you can still stomach playing Kingdom Hearts at the moment, 2.5'd be good. Actually has more interesting gameplay and less stupid bullshit than in 1.5
Just a heads up though, if you give a shit at all about the story, which gets a hundred times stupider the moment you get into the next sequel, you gotta know what happens in the Chain of Memories game. My advice? Look up a written summary of what happens or watch the cutscenes on Youtube, nothing inbetween matters in the slightest. Just helps so you aren't really confused when you jump into 2.5 . And if you do play COM, even if you get past the idea of a card game mixed with somewhat regular Kingdom Hearts 1 combat, it becomes laughably easy to break and unbearably bullshit on the off occasion.
Otherwise, why not play a shooter to cleanse the palate?
Dragon Quest Heroes 2 with some bf1 sprinkled in whenever friends are on.
Moving to yakuza 0 or zero dawn next
Thought I just bought darkest dungeon and salt and sanctuary on this indie sale
ffxii: the zodiac age and that's it
thinking about playing overwatch again but idk
Hearthstone
Is there still an active community for R6S?
I bought into the hype like last year and got the game, but because of a connection issue I never ended up playing it
I've since fixed the issue, but now the game is pretty old
If I do continue playing KH, i'll probably play Chain of Memories, just so I can try and keep up with the story
I was told to play the games in the order they're in on KH1.5+2.5, and as much as a card system sounds weird, I recently enjoyed Megaman Battle Network, so i might enjoy it
I'm hoping the story will make more sense once I read Ansem's reports, but I'll probably just read those online, as some of the optional fights are pretty difficult
Skyrim
I'm high as shit when I play it though
Are there any mods that change the dual wielding animations?
The Talos Principle
That's all I know, they don't tell me nothing.
Mount and Blade with 1776 installed out of desperation to play a game with that setting that's not an rts or turn based strategy. When do I begin to enjoy it?
don't play com, it's bad
or at least do it last
The community is honestly larger every season so far
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
Climbing that G2 key ladder
Growing accustomed to Lance
>Not maining meme glaive
Either SWAT 4 or Thimbleweed Park I haven't decided yet
nnnngh, witcher 3! Ill mark it on your map!
I have the Dalamadur Glaive, though not fully upgraded obviously.
Currently farming a Ruby so I can upgrade the Silver Rath Glaive. I already got a Rathalos Mantle.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. It's p. litty.
Alright, best of luck to you man.
And if you're a trophy grabbing nutter, like I unfortunately am, you have to "watch" all of Days to unlock some shit for a collection trophy in COM. It's 2 and a half hours of cutscenes, but you can go into the theater, watch and then immediately skip each cutscene and written segment, skip past all of the journal stuff, and you should be good to go once the theme unlocks in the game selection menu. I just read a summary of it all when I wanted to know about the plot.
As for the game itself, there's 3 "abilities" you need for the game to beat it without too much issue. First being Blizzard Raid, because it does good, constant damage at your level, then Sonic Blade to replace that essentially till the final boss, and Lethal Frame for boss damage. None of them are hard to find, and it doesn't take much thought into figuring out just how broken some moves are.
And about the trophy completing thing, expect to waste a fuckton of time for piss poor RNG. It's horrifically boring.
Those New Colossus preview videos made me want to play some Wolfenstein, so I reinstalled Old Blood and have been playing that.
If you're a long time MGS fan avoid TPP like the plague.
The plot kills every fan who goes through it.
If I was a trophy completionist, I'd still be playing 1, trying to complete the journal and grinding out all the dumb items for synthesising
I'll keep those tips in mind though
As much as I'm hoping I'll enjoy CoM, I don't want to waste a ton of time before moving onto KH2
The Surge.
It's a surprisingly good Dark Souls clone. Should be $30 instead of $50 though
FFXII ZA stuck on trial 100
Gigantic
Hey Pikmin
>accidentally locked myself out of the mmo that i was playing
>said mmo was having its annual mega update in 2 weeks
>mfw
>its okay, i can just play other games, right?
>monitor is so broken, its like playing outside at high noon, with the sun glaring directly at the monitor
>heavily limits the shit i can play since anything dark is impossible to see
>mfw playing Crusader Quest because its bright and colorful
