Why is everyone so ass blasted by this game anyway?
I played it and thought it was pretty good, not great or anything but certainly better than the last one and also better than all the fallout games everyone loves, they even brought back the exploration from the first game and expanded it with out making it boring as fuck with no goal like no man sky or something also the combat system is way more fun.

ME3 directors cut wasn't even a bad game dumbfuck it gave ending that the player was looking for in a series of 3 games which i presume you haven't played.

Andromeda was a disaster and a shitty game.
Fallout 3 was an excellent game that had a terrible ending. Andromeda was a terrible game that had a terrible ending. Literally in no way was Andromeda superior or even equal to Mass Effect 3.
The game was bad. Period.
The combat was shit
The story was dumb
The characters were about as interesting as planks of wood
The choices were predetermined and didn't change damn thing that was happening
Not to mention the game itself was buggy mess of game breaking glitches and shitty world and model designs that made everyone and everything bland, lifeless, and uninspiring.
It was everything people hated about ME3 wrapped into an awful game and shipped out before anyone that worked on the game had the chance to say "Maybe we should redo this one more time to see if we can at least make it a little more acceptable".
The fact that people will actually and in all seriousness defend this formula and the people that force it onto their target audience only makes this entire series even worse knowing that we'll most likely get this exact same game again and there's nothing we can do to stop it, therefore we are doomed to relive this cycle over and over until the ME series as a whole is no longer considered profitable.
And that is why it is a bad game. I have spoken.

This game started out mediocre, peaked when you explored the first vault and only kept getting worse and worse afterwards.
It's a jarring display of wasted potential. Every time where it looks like something cool is finally going to happen the scene just fucking ends.

It's extremely subpar quality and buying it advocates that you are okay with such quality. Most people are not and thus they preach about how shit it is in hopes that enough people listen and sales are actually impacted so the creators are either fired or forced to improve.
