Looking for a game that has elves who are not Tolkein elves, but are sadistic psychopaths and female elves are sex perverted sex monsters.

Every single Elf race in the ES falls under all of those Criteria. You can even kill them to free the oppressed races of man and help everyone out in the long run.

They don't act the part. Ever race in Elder scrolls almost the same. I never finished Skyrim though, I'll give it a shot if I don't find any better games.

Elder Scrolls. Between the Thalmor(nazi high elves), Falmer(underground blind elven savages) and wood elves(cannibals) they are pretty fucked. I don't think elves are anymore sex perverts than the other races though.

There's stories about dunmer promiscuity but they might only be rumors.

Dunmer have a higher sex-drive when they are young, but it settles to normal levels when they are supposed to get married.
