ITT: Games you couldn't finish

Post games you couldn't bring yourself to finish because they were boring, nu-fun, and/or disappointing.

Multiplayer only ones work to but replace "finished" with "like."

going to need one good and detailed explanation on what the fuck 'nu-fun' is supposed to mean because my sneaking suspiscion tells me that it's not even close to meaning what I think it is

...

Given this is a neo-Sup Forums poster in guessing it means a game that has the user interact with it for over 90% of the game, has a minimal amount of cutscenes and uses vibrant color instead of gritty realism.

Sup Forums is dead

burn it to the fucking ground

FF VII

Oh so like Gravity Rush, Persona and Yakuza?

>persona
>nu-fun
how?

It fits your description perfectly
"A game where people are deluded into thinking they are having fun"
You don't honestly think nearly 70 hours of cutscenes constitutes as fun do you?

yes, Sup Forums does in fact think this is fun. See also turn based RPGs aka Menu-Selection Simulators

Why not? It's basically 40 hours of BIS with Luigi instead of Bowser.
>inb4 tutorials

No, multiplayer ones don't. You don't finish a game that doesn't have an ending. That's as obivous as that.

Walking simulator the game also these shitty ingame rendered cutscene with niggers everywhere
So diverse

First and last game of this shitty franchise

each match of a multiplayer game has an ending.

I beat the game. The story is fucking awful and unsatisfying.

Even the jokes are unfunny.

>nu-fun
Jesus FUCK

Put down Code of Princess about halfway through because it was the most generic boring mediocre piece of trash I'd ever played and also I minmaxed to hell and back

Put down Tales of the Abyss an hour in because it failed to be remotely interesting or captivating. "It gets good X hours in" is not an argument. If the second act is the interesting part, then cut out the first act.

so turn based games can never be fun?

I had fun with FF I on PSP

...

I never said turn based can't be fun just Persona specifically 3, 4 and 5.
Mostly because the game isn't very engaging due to the lack of focus on the actual gameplay.

Pretty much all of them.
I have ~25 titles on my 3DS and I haven't finished any. Same goes for every other console I've owned. Maybe I just focus on the flaws too much, but video game stories are usually gay as fuck and the gameplay is often either incredibly repetitive or 90% frustrating 10% satisfying.

...

sounds like you have ADD.

...

>Yakuza
I can agree with that one. I like the setting and the detail of the world, but I just don't know how people can play a beat em up, brawler, or whatever the fuck you want to call it for 20+ hours. To me, it's like if Street of Rage had a 10 hour campaign. Shit would get old fast.

I don't. I even got tested in an attempt to get an adderall prescription, I just lose interest in things easily.

To be honest pretty much 80% of all games i play nowadays a game really has to stand out somehow in order to be interesting and fun for me

worst post of the year congrats

>Oh, so like *games I don't like*?

...

You just made this thread because you wanted to joke around with "nu-fun"
