It’s needed to connect the combat phases, but I didn’t want to ever just have a hub where the player could load battles. I wanted to create a seamless experience and that’s why we said players should really immerse in the exploration, and you know every world is divided into 10 chapters, like the chapters of a book, you can read just a chapter, or you can read multiple of them. There’s are some secret chapters in each world. In each world there is a mid boss in the middle of it. There’s a boss fight at the end of it. There are secret chapters, and in between you have exploration where you can collect treasure chests in order to find collectibles, but also cool weapons that can upgrade your character. You can solve puzzles to advance and you can meet several other heroes that will start to be part of your roster. And each of the heroes has unique abilities; these will open up new possibilities in terms of strategy gameplay for the players to be applied on the battleground.”
This game looks really good. It's way faster and more fluid than Xcom. But I think some of the gun particles are shitty looking and the way enemies "die" is super unsatisfying. They should de-rez more quickly, I think, or have a more dynamic animation depending on what kind of weapon finishes them off.

>All you can say is "Wahoo" "bing bing" "1UP" Yes
Nicholas Campbell
Will there be more playable characters?
Hudson Mitchell
Is there anything notable about co-op that distinguishes it from just giving someone else in the room the controller every so often?
It's completely separate missions from the main story. You also get 4 heroes (2 each) instead of 3.
Nicholas Barnes
I don't like how plastic everything looks.
Tyler Bailey
Legit question If the game is indeed as good as it looks, would you be ok with this turning into a series?
Cooper James
i dont care how good it is i dont want to see rabbids
Adrian Miller
fuck yes. bring more characters too
Christopher Fisher
pretty much this.
it doesnt matter how good it is, how smart, charming and inspired, how funny the jokes are, how good are the graphics, the level design, mechanics or music.
it doesnt matter if is one of the best games ever made and saves the videogame industry forever, at the end of the day, it has rabidds, therefore is shit and everybody should hate it, rayman etc
Austin Sanders
post of an edgy 11yo

I don't see why not. As long as Ubi doesn't run it into the ground.
Noah Lee
I don't think Ubi has the balls to piss off Sony's fanbase with a legit Mario x Rayman crossover.
Ayden Jenkins
Yes
but only if they drop the "Rabbids" title and make it more of a tactical smash brothers instead.
Jackson Perry
I dont see how Rayman is a "sony" series.
Rayman Legends probably would have stayed a Wii U exclusive if the writing wasn't on the wall.
Nathaniel Stewart
pretty sure the only people that care about rayman are rayman fags.
Elijah Perez
Wow, at least 4 threads in two days with the same links, format and words. This totally isn't an ad campaign on Sup Forums.
Jaxson Martin
I made this thread for the first time. stop shitposting and go away
Robert Davis
Why do you lie?
Joseph Torres
At least be subtle with the shilling holy fuck

I'm excited to see the unrestrained hedonism of the french bring some liveliness to the Mario characters. I haven't seen them this expressive since Charged.
Dylan Miller
Wait, does Junior have blue eyes?
John Jackson
>Junior >Blue Eyes Hmm, now where could he have gotten this?
Gabriel Powell
Rabbids are ok when nintendo does it!
Gavin Kelly
I'd be excited to see a Partners in Time type game. I hate the baby characters, but PiT made it work in a fun way. Really a game that pulls from the whole Mario & Luigi series would be pretty sweet.
Christopher Wilson
Well, nobody was sure if SMRPG was going to work when it first came out, and it spawned its own series. So yes, absolutely, this should most definitely spawn its own series.
Dominic Howard
People simply need to realize that they hated the rabbids because they were played up to be annoying, and were in bad games. Here, both problems have been either fixed, or toned way down. Where's the rabbids screams? Where's the rabbids annoying behavior? Also, this is a good game. They realized this, which is why the rabbids are so toned down. Mario and friends are the real stars, the rabbids are just there to fill in slots for other characters. This game would be the same if they were Yoshi's or Pikmin's instead.
