There's two routes. The standard route is the virgin route and you can finish the game as a virgin if you want. If you want to see the sex scenes you have to lose on purpose at specific bossfights because the game has such an immense power creep that if you kill every monster you come across your elf is basically unkillable from the start.
Played this months ago with hook and translation program because i don't speak moon and didn't even bother to go the whore route.
