Same thing happened for me for fixing my 3DS. A single piece of scotch tape and a toothpick fixed it.

This happened to me in Astro Boy: Omega Factor. There were no goddamn guides that covered my issue and it took me a solid day of searching and watching video after video to find out a small piece of scenery is breakable with no real indication that you could break it and it was never breakable in the 17 other times you backtracked to that area.
