This series is over, and I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. I'm sad that it's all over, though we'll likely get another game similar to Souls by From before 2020.

We shouldn't get any more. All good things come to an end. And DS 3 was the perfect ending to an amazing series.

>Did you enjoy them? Definitely. >Which one was your favourite? Either Demon's Souls or Bloodborne >Favourite boss? Orphan of Kos >Favourite track? Tower Knight theme from Demon's Souls >Favourite area? Either Tower of Latria or Sen's Fortress >Favourite weapon? Pizza wheel

I'd be okay with that. The painting was a beautiful conclusion to the series.

Dark Souls > Demon's Souls >>> Dark Souls 3 = Dark Souls 2 Haven't played bloodborne yet but I expect it to be above 3 and 2. Despite my big disappointments with 2 and 3, especially with how it seems Miyazaki never intends to make an interconnected world again, I did at least have some fun with everything in the series, and ds1 and demons souls are both in my top 10. I do hope that the soulslike meme stops and we get some more unique stuff, not every action rpg has to be "soulslike".
Matthew Wright
>grand archives That's a strange pick. What do you like about it?
Eli Brooks
>Of course >DS1 or DeS, both were great >Ludwig >Gwynevere >Painted World of Ariamis >Dragon Bone Smasher
Luke Sanders
While I loved the interconnected world of Dark Souls 1, it kind of made the world seem really small. Where all the other games felt extremely expansive. So I didn't really mind the more linear path that the other games took. Cathedral of the Deep is a great example of a linear level done really well. If all the other levels were as creative as that one level, the game would probably rank above Dark Souls 1 for me.
Alexander Harris
Same guy, favorite boss was Manus, favorite area was irithyll for looks but undead burg for design, favorite weapon is a 3 way tie between claymore, abyss greatsword, and hollowslayer greatsword, and favorite track was gwyns theme
Samuel Hall
That's fair enough, the cathedral was a great area too. The interconnected world was my favorite part of 1 by far, and I've never seen a game with a world even half as well designed as lordran was.

Yes Dark Souls Fume Knight theme of the Ivory King Painted World of Ariamis Claymore

This is kinda what i wanted the Dukes Archives to be. I love the little nooks and crannies. It's a nice looking zone and i got a little DS1 boner when i found all the shortcuts that reused the bonfire.

>Did you enjoy them? Immensely. >Which one was your favourite? Dark Souls 1 and 3, can't decide. >Favourite boss? Gaping Dragon, mostly because of the music and design and the feels. >Favourite track? Now, Dancer of the Boreal Valley. >Favourite area? Ash Lake and Yrithill valley >Favourite weapon? Hard to decide.
Xavier Bennett
>enjoy Obviously >favorite Ds1>ds3>bb>ds2 (no des) >boss Abyss watchers >track The night unfurls, really the entire bb soundtrack though >area Irithyll dungeon by far the best area in the whole series >weapon Crow quills
Isaac Jones
I'll never forgive those other shittier devs for releasing The Surge as a clunky half-assed soulslike knockoff in the robotic/sci-fi genre, since it reduces the likelihood we'll see some kind of sci-fi or mecha soulslike out of FROM in the future, or from any better dev in general.

>Did you enjoy them? All except the second half of one >Which one was your favorite? BB >Favorite boss? Gehrman, the First Hunter >Favorite track? youtube.com/watch?v=3V9zxXN1rx0 >Favorite Area Probably Anor Londo >Favorite Weapon? Estoc or Rapier
Cameron Campbell
Personally I only played Bloodborne and was sorely disappointed.
I was hoping for a challenge and something impressive but instead was left with a really bitter taste in my mouth.
Ignoring the fact it was boring, repetitive and linear, the worst thing was how easy it was. I can't enjoy games that hold your hand every step of the way.
I went in blind and platinumed it in 10 days, never having played a Souls game before.
>Did you enjoy them? I'm guessing this was only asked to weed out the shitposters. Of course I enjoyed them. >Favorite Dark Souls 3 for the bosses, Bloodborne for the setting >Favorite boss Friede >Favorite track Velstadt >Favorite area Irithyll >Favorite weapon Friede's Scythe
Aiden Myers
