Pretty sure Black/Zamasu will be DLC. Question is will they add one or both of them? Or will they just add Fused Zamasu instead?

I think they're going with Fused Zamasu, he is basically both characters using only one slot. He has all of their moves etc. If they have to choose between Zamasu and Black I think that Super Saiyan Rosé is the best choice, because of his popularity

They're cool because they absorb ki. Also I put them in there to follow the pattern "2 enemies for every big saga", so Frieza and Ginyu, Cell and 20, Fat Buu and Kid Buu.

What does 17 do that actually makes him a unique fighter? The only thing he has beyond basic fighting is that energy field and there's no reason 18 or Cell couldn't also do it. Barring Super 17 there isn't anything interesting about 17 to use for a moveset.

The ki absorption and eye lasers are unique to them and make them more interesting than 17. If they gave Gero the hand through the chest that he did on Yamcha as a finisher I'd love to see him in. Also ArcSys seem to like putting him in the handheld fighters they did so that might make him more likely.
